   VERY overpriced. Food was not great, my husband got sick right after eating (and that never happens). Service was good. Wouldn’t recommend at all, not authentically Mexican in the least.

   The food was ok…the nachos were great as a starter for a family of 5 & they were tasty. While the server was friendly throughout our experience, I felt the service was poor - my grandchild of whom is 6 spilt her drink at the beginning when drinks were served. No one did come back to clean up this large sticky mess. We had to clean it up ourselves & use our cloth napkins which no one replaced throughout our meal. We requested the round table by the window (which was open during our whole dining experience) but was denied this for some reason & put into a booth which was cramped for a family of 5 with a child. If there was more emphasis placed on the service, we would rate our experience higher however, there was none. Also, if you are redeeming your voucher, ensure all people the voucher credit is applied are present during squaring up the bill. Although our service was very sub par, we did leave an 18% gratuity on a >$200 bill only because we understand how the food service industry works for the workers & value this. Overall our dining experience was not great & hence the overall review. I hope this helps.

   Our server was wonderful but the food was lack luster. If you’d like guacamole on the side of your dinner, it’s $2 charge for a tablespoon. After reading the reviews, I had higher expectations. Overall, this place was just ok.

   Dinner reservations were at 9:45 PM didn’t get a table till 10:15 PM didn’t have a server come up to ask for drinks or introduce self for another 20 minutes. Couple sitting next to us told us they were waiting over an hour for food so we knew it was going to be a long wait. Finally server came to the table very nice lady took our drink orders and dinner orders. Drinks took about 20 minutes. Food took another 30 minutes. Food overall tasted very good. Drinks were also very good. Overall disappointed with the service. Priced appropriately. Very nice decor and ambience overall. I will say this was on Cinco de Mayo, which I’m sure they were very busy all day that probably trickle down to the evening however, being a Mexican restaurant, I feel you should properly prepare for such a day, but after reading reviews, it seems like this is a typical issue for this restaurant.

    Thé drinks were nice and cold. The service was very friendly. The queso was lukewarm and thick and the chips tasted like they were a little stale .. not what expected for a Mexican restaurant. The main dishes were good. Unsure if we will go back.

    We were sat promptly by the nice hostess and also greeted fairly quickly by our waitress. The wait for drinks was about 10-15 minutes each time we ordered. After placing our order for our table of 6 we waited an hour for our food to arrive. The restaurant only had a few tables and we were never told it was coming, sorry about the long wait, and the manager never came over to greet us despite walking by our table a couple of times. After requesting our check, our waitress brought us the restaurant copy to sign without the itemized receipt. When we walked to the front and asked the manager for the itemized receipt we also asked if gratuity was included and he rudely told us it was noted on the bottom of the menu. We were only asking so we could tip appropriately because none of us caught the note about gratuity on the bottom of the menu. We won’t be back.. We were not a demanding table and never complained. Decent service isn’t hard to provide but do not expect it here.

    After more than 40 mins waiting they served the food cold, the plate that they gave us was not what we ordered, the creams they used were store bought not made by them, we didn't even know who our waiter was, the food did not have a good taste, the only good thing was the music.

    We had 3 adults and 2 children and shared the huge plate of nachos and churros for dessert. We did not plan on dinner and the kids had a ball. I have eaten here before and had a great time on all occasions. I highly recommend a visit

    Our waitress was very friendly, and we were seated immediately. We were given our drinks and placed our food ordered. The waitress did not come back to check on our table till we flagged her down to get refills on the drinks. The food was hot but not alot of flavor.

    Fantastic fare with a great, casual environment. Good for families and larger groups. As a group of 7, we enjoyed the fajitas, taco salad, burritos, tacos -- everything was wonderful. The kiddos enjoyed the food both on and off the kids menu. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

    Chaos! Once seated we still waited an hour for a drink to come to our table. Wasn’t the waitresses fault she had 11 tables. Bad management, they were very overwhelmed. They added gratuity to the bill and we didn’t realize until we left that we tipped twice.

    In westgate resort, view to the water park (closes at 6). Waitress was overwhelmed due to short staffing. Messed up a few things but gave us happy prices and free chips and salsa. Food was ok, queso runny and not great.

    Food service was good but she was overwhelmed by being in the weeds due to the shortage of staff. We had a leak over our table from the lazy river. It took us 20 min to get drinks due to a new bartender and didn’t even get refills till we were done our dinners. It was not the waitresses fault. We were an 8 top. She also was doing take out, had a 10 top and also was picking up other tables and food running. The hostesses did not have silverware ready or even at our table after we were sat and given appetizers. Every table had theirs set before they even sat. I would recommend higher if the waitress as a manager and letting her run the place and higher more employees to assist her.

    The food was good but needs some spices added (steak fajita) which was 3 stars. The shrimp enchiladas were 5 stars. The bar tender was slow making drinks and the watermelon Margarita was ok. Then my waitress, Wendy who used to bartend, jumped in and started making drinks for us and other tables. The watermelon margarita Wendy made was great. Wendy is a great team player and multi tasked. In addition to helping bar ten, Wendy just got 4 tables seated at the same time and was great getting everyone’s orders (my party was a party of 2) but the others were party’s of 6, 8, & 10. Great job Wendy! Food was slow getting to the table too but revived free chips and salsa because of the wait. Never went to a Mexican restaurant that they weren’t given to everyone seated for free. Didn’t get the nachos because I read the other reviews and they didn’t have queso Have to have queso in Mexican restaurant.

    Food is okay, but not high end. Not sure about the cheese on the nachos as didn’t taste very nice. Fajitas needed more sour cream as only served a table spoon. Waitress was friendly, polite, but a little slow at times. Kids meal (chicken & chips) was horrible. Too salty and overcooked

    This restaurant is a farce passing as a Mexican grill. The cocktails were horrible, missing any alcohol. The food was cold, bland and not worth the money - the beans were as if they just emptied a tin of busch's on the plate, the steak was tough and the rice old and sticky. And there are ridiculously overpriced for the poor quality food. Do not eat here!

    There was no draft beer contrary to the menu. We had reservations and had to wait for our table to be readied for 6 people. And we watched other groups having to do the same when there were numerous tables available. The front staff was not friendly or inviting but instead appeared indifferent that were even there. Pretty poor service all around. The fajita wraps were too small and seemed oily, and given only 3 of those small ones. At the minimum 3-4 large ones anyway would suffice. All other Mexican restaurants we’ve been to offer complimentary nacho chips and salsa upon sitting down, but here they’re an appetizer. Also when the bill came a 20% tip was already added, which we paid but certainly didn’t think the service warranted it.

    Waitress we initially had was in a rush to leave, her attitude was apparent in her desire to not serve. Food was generic and not good. In fact far below expectations based on other experiences on property. If you want canned cheese and over cooked meat with blasé flavor you might enjoy.
