We recently dined at Linger in Denver and had a fantastic experience overall. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, which was great for accommodating our family’s dietary restrictions, especially with several gluten-free options available. We ordered a diverse range of plates, including the Korean street tacos, wagyu sliders, hot honey fries, edamame, miso cod, fried rice with chicken, and pad Thai with chicken. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. We requested a rooftop table through the OpenTable app, and the staff was quick to confirm they could accommodate our request. The rooftop view was incredible, offering a picturesque setting where we watched the sunset over the mountains while taking in the Denver skyline. It was the perfect evening, and our guests were equally impressed, promising to return in the future. The only downside to our experience was the 5-6% support staff fee added to our bill, which my husband found frustrating. While we appreciate the transparency and the restaurant’s efforts to support their team, he felt it would be more appropriate to raise menu prices slightly instead of adding this fee. Unfortunately, due to this policy, we likely won’t be returning until this fee is removed. Despite this, the ambiance, service, and food were excellent, and I would still recommend Linger to those seeking a unique and memorable dining experience in Denver.

I loved that everything was tapas style so it was perfect for sharing and allowed us to try a couple different things. The weather was also perfect for sitting up on the rooftop patio.

Drinks packed a little in flavor. The bao buns were delicious and well as the scallion pancakes—but they were rolled up with the beef and not flat and topped with as expected.

The food and service were amazing! We had a large group and enjoyed trying all the different dishes. The ability to make different dishes vegetarian really helped our party. We were celebrating my friends wedding and they gave us a dessert for the table. This restaurant is a must-try!

The two of us ate at 5pm and had very timely and attentive service, even as it got busier. The restaurant was very clean and the menu is made to share with your date or amongst a table of friends. Our favorites were the (Bison) Lettuce Wraps, Chicken Satay, and of course, the Scallops. We tried numerous dishes and each one was different from the last. Linger is a must visit while in Denver.
