Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. It will be difficult to resist, especially when Luis is doing the rounds, infusing everyone with good cheer and proposing toasts to your health. Cheers!

    The morn traditional restaurants in town has a nicer atmosphere and gives you more value for money.

    Venison Saddle main course was the best venison I’ve ever had. Superb quality and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Far surpassed what we expected based on the name.

    Excellent food, some of the best we had in the region. Venison and tagliatelle al ragu were both perfectly cooked and full of flavors. Very strong service, including excellent wine recommendations from the region. Only drawback was some disrespectful customers watching videos and making calls on speaker on their phone - which should be prohibited in such a restaurant.

    Very delicious food and wine but not all servants were friendly. We ordered cheese which was served without any explanation. He also didn’t ask if we liked the food when cleaning the table.

    Un ristorante moderno, alla moda, elegante e con un bel design. Il menu non è molto ampio, con un'enfasi sui piatti di carne, ma c'è la possibilità di scegliere pesce, piatti vegetariani e pasta. Gli antipasti sono vari e decorati in modo creativo. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti, tutti originali e molto gustosi. Non ci sono state lamentele sul servizio: tutto è stato fatto in modo rapido e cortese. Un ottimo ristorante per una cena in compagnia o per una serata romantica.
