It was a busy Saturday night and the staff tried their best to keep up. The entrees were served in nice sized portions. We had the red snapper special and lemon chicken. The bar was located within the dining room so it was loud and crowded. Great place to meet up in St Michaels.

Excellent food with a surprisingly large menu. Great wine selection and the after dinner drink we shared , a "Choco-cello" was awesome. Everything from appetizers to entrees to desert had a beautiful presentation that complimented how delicious it was.

We loved the restaurant and had a wonderful time. One hiccup - we were celebrating our birthdays and both noted it on the original OpenTable reservation and mentioned it to the waitress, however, nothing was done to recognize our birthdays. As ususal, the food at Limoncello is outstanding. We shared the Torta di Melanzane appetizer and the Risotto di Manzo as the main course at lunch. There was more than enough for two to share as the portions are quite generous and the complimentary bread that accompanies all meals is amazing. It was a holiday weekend and the restaurant was very busy. They had to turn away many guests who did not have reservations and suggest they come back at 2 pm or later due to the number of guests. Definitely make reservations even at lunch

We had a lovely lunch at Limoncello. They were great about accommodating one of our parties egg allergy and adjusted the menu item. The beef Carpaccio was very good, third time I've had it and its been good every time. The gorgonzola sauce is very good, but the crispy polenta should have been sliced thinner. The salad with citrus and pomegranate seeds was very good and we loved the vinaigrette but it did not have pomegranate seeds, they were out of them. Still tasty but maybe let people know before they order if an ingredient is missing. The pappardelle with seafood was good but needed some flavor layers. Overall we very much enjoyed our lunch but there is room for improvement.

Perfect ambience. Kitchen was very slow to get out our food, but we greatly enjoyed our window view table and the opportunity to chat and catch up. Food wasn’t 5 stars which I expected but it was still pretty good. My seafood (shrimp especially) in the seafood pappardelle was very overcooked; almost rubbery. Sauce rather bland. Would definitely return.

There were 3 of us for dinner. Each and everyone of us loved our meal. First the bread is good with a great crust. We shared the shrimp scampi appetizer and it was buttery and well seasoned. I can speak for the risotto Manzo. Mignon tips, wild mushrooms and topped off with Gorgonzola with rice cooked perfectly bordering on breathtaking! AND it was hot!! I have found many times risotto comes to the table room temperature not this time. We shared a lemon tiramisu which was creamy and tart, light not overly sweet. A+++ well done!

Went for a friends birthday dinner and it was so much fun! Our server Shea was delightful, made great suggestions and really seemed to be happy to be there. I had the pasta purses with pear and gorgonzola which was a decadent treat and my friend had risotto with shrimp and asparagus that was excellent. Thry brought us a complimentary dessert with a sparkler in it, such a fun touch and the 3 layer chocolate mousse was amazing. Only thing we wondered was why we don’t go more often- we plan to fix that!

Upon arriving, the restaurant smelled strongly of dienfectant. Our waitress was not happy when we requested a different table. Once seated she was awesome and we gave her only 20% tip. The atmosphere looked worn and grungy for an elite atmosphere of St Michael's. The Octopus was chewey and over cooked. The rest of the meal was delicious. We weren't offered dessert or an after lunch cocktail. Will likely not return .

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were quickly seated and greeted by our waitress in a short period of time. She offered suggestions from the menu and the dishes that we ordered were excellent. We will definitely be returning to Limoncello.

Limoncello is our favorite Italian restaurant and what stinks for us is it’s a good 2hrs from home. There is a Baltimore location although we’ve never been. For starters our drinks were perfect with a Orange Cranberry Martini & Limoncello Blush. We had the Shrimp Scampi appetizer and side salad. Dinner was Veal and Surf & Turf. My wife’s steak was the best ever tasted. Desert=Tiramisu. Service was spot on and the bartender gets props for the Steak recommendation. Can’t wait to return in 2023.

We arrived on time for our 7:30 reservation for a party of four. Open tables (for four) available at a better place in the restaurant, but we were placed in the back section at a crowded table. It was extremely hot and stuffy so we asked to move tables. We were told NO, so they turned on the AC which blew in our faces the entire time. Ordered a glass of wine with dinner, but it never arrived so we had to request it again. Staff blamed the bar, bar states they never got the order. Will never return!!

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to go someplace special for New Year’s Eve. Probably not a great night to judge a restaurant. They were very busy. The service was great but the food was only ok, except the scallop appetizer special that was excellent. Good wine selection. I would go back and give it another try on a night that isn’t so crazy busy!
