The only reason to go to the Limewood is for the views. Food is ok, drinks are ok. But fun atmosphere and incredible views of the city!

The Claremont has always been my Happy Place. The Limewood kicks it up a notch. Born and raised in the East Bay, I am fortunate to have so many wonderful places to visit. However, I never tire of entering the Claremont- Ever!.

Beautiful view of SF, especially at sunset. Angelina, our server and was lovely. The pesto pasta dish was delicious as were the sides of squash and mushrooms and roasted Brussel sprouts.

As a welcome to the California experience, my Chicago family and I had lunch at the Limewood Bar & Restaurant. We were fortunate to have a table with a view of both bridges and the San Francisco skyline. The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. My family loved the scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon breakfast and I enjoyed the grilled fish sandwich with fries. The servings were large and the ingredients were fresh. We also enjoyed the mocktails. For a special Brunch, I highly recommend the Limewood Restaurant. The only downside was the totally online payment for parking which was confusing and really unnecessary. Spend the extra money for an attendant and lose the online parking payment company.

Lindwood has gone seriously downhill since our last visit 6 months ago. Food was below average; service was slow and uninspiring. Prices are high relativ eto poor quality food.

Gorgeous restaurant with gorgeous views. I have eaten here a few times and service can be spotty, but this time it was excellent. The food can also be spotty and this time it was not very good. The steak was gamey, the salad was very average.
