OMG! I sincerely don’t know if I clicked the birthday button or my open table profile showed it on my reservation, but either way I cannot believe how above & beyond the whole place went! I was a bit embarrassed but also felt so special when I saw me seat for one had a happy bday sign for me, and when they brought a chocolate with candle I was almost horrified but then the. People next to me sang which led to a great night of conversation and laughs. Net- this place builds a culture of relationship and community and I was struck with how very special that is. Thank you so much for creating such a great space. Oh AND the margarita pastor is amazing and be sure to also sip on el tequilina. So so good.

una miembro del staff nos dijo que los cócteles de temporada sólo se sirven después de las 5pm, por lo que decidimos irnos, y momentos después otro miembro del staff nos pregunta extrañado por qué nos vamos, le comentamos la situación y nos dijo que eso no es cierto y que los cócteles de temporada se sirven en cualquier momento

Deben de cuidar el trato al cliente por parte del host. Se hizo una reservación para 5 personas y la mesa realmente era para 4, se le comentó y respondió “ahí caben”. Posteriormente un mesero muy amable, nos juntó una mesa para nuestra comodidad. Si el cliente está cómodo, va a consumir. Si no lo está, se va a ir y no va a recomendar. Ojalá pongan atención a lo que se comenta y no dejen que por una persona sin sentido común ni servicio al cliente, eche a perder todo el trabajo impecable de meseros.

Hice reservación y me tuvieron esperando. Las mesas están muy juntas, la música está muy fuerte y las mezclas pésimas. El precio me parece elevado quizá si mejoran en el servicio y en la incomodidad de las mesas.

No entiendo de dónde viene tanto “renombre” ya que el servicio es pésimo, pedí una bebida y olvidaron hacerla. Tuve que pedirla otra vez, pararme a solicitarla ya que nadie fue a tomarme l’orden, tardaron bastante en hacer el cocktail y eso que no había tanta gente en el bar…mi trago fue súper simple, pedí una “Hoja Santa” y a penas sabía a té de hoja santa con piquete, carísimo para lo que me realidad es. Quería irme l’antes posible porque tenía prisa, y tardaron mucho en traernos la cuenta, un mesero incluso nos ignoró 2 veces, cuando por fin nos vio dijo que estaba ocupado y que no nos podía atender, pero al poco tiempo lo veías en el celular…terrible experiencia en este sitio con pésima hospitalidad; nada agradable el trato al cliente, ni las bebidas son la gran cosa, súper caro todo, no entiendo como son un 50 best. No regreso ni aunque Inés de los Santos regalara cócteles ahí.

This is a MUST visit. The cocktails are absolutely incredible. Between the four of us we tried three cocktails each (12 cocktails) and not one was average. They were all incredible. The taste, the mixology etc. The vibe in the spot is incredible and the service is great. If you get the guac, ask for extra chips because they literally only give you five.

En general, el sitio es suficientemente amplio para disfrutar solo en grupos. Con muy buen servicio. En Planta baja disfrutarás de más espectáculo y ambiente que en el 1er piso donde algunos baristas no sonrien mucho. Preparar un trago en sábado por la noche sin sonreír o hacer flair proyecta muchísima seriedad o exceso de formalidad. Las bebidas que probamos con mis amigos fueron divertidas y 3 de ellas realmente alucinantes para el paladar y realmente sabor a México. No obstante, fuera de las creaciones de la casa, algunos Sour más simples carecieron de carácter.
