   I had a great dinner at LeRoux while in town for a conference. I particularly enjoyed the variety on the wine list and the suggestions the staff were able to provide for pairings with the mussels and fries, which were excellent. I’d definitely recommend LeRoux!

   Menu & Food are “faux” French despite a few French dishes. Nothing served was “French” no croute on onion soup …. Despite the name this is not classic gene CJ cooking whatsoever. Lovely service, bartender was educated as should be on a myriad of cocktails.

   Oysters were amazing, also some of the best coffee i have had in Denver. 90% of the meal was great, but the roasted chicken was way too salty. Try the blood orange sorbet, you won't be disappointed.

    Not what I expected, I wonder why people think a loud place like that is romantic. It’s not, it’s loud, tables are way too big for a romantic sitting with a beautiful lady just so you keep ask her to repeat what she said. I had to ask her to move next me so we can have a conversation without yelling. Food tasted ok but it was definitely over cooked I was hungry so I ate mine but my date couldn’t eat 30% if her plate. Maybe this place is good during the week but not the weekend. I’m disappointed and probably would never come back to test the theory.

    Surprised my husband with an anniversary dinner here. I can honestly say this place deserves 10 stars! The food? Complete out of the park AMAZING! The service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was perfect. This place is A1! Highly highly recommend!

    Our first time dining here and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant looks like a Paris bistro and the food was outstanding. I ordered the Salmon and the flavors were excellent. The other diner ordered the short ribs and said the flavors were great and the meat was tender. Service was great and we will definitely be back

    The Valentine’s dinner was an incredible experience. The food was delicious, creative and every plate was just made to be photographed. It was our first visit and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. Cocktails were amazing. We will definitely be back.

    I love a restaurant that gives you palate cleansers between courses! We came here for a special Valentine's Day/9th Anniversary dinner and were treated like royalty. We opted for the wine pairing with each course and our server was wonderful, telling us a bit about each wine. The food was delicious! The oysters melted in your mouth. And the caramelized onion tarte was served with a frisee salad with the most amazing dressing, I wish I had the recipe! The filet had a perfect rare/medium rare cook, and the lobster raviolo was luscious. For dessert, a chocolate cherry lava cake rounded out the meal. Since we had the wine pairings, we didn't order a bottle of Champagne; however, we did enjoy LeRoux's Valentine's Day cocktail called Devotion & Desire. It was a wonderful evening and a perfect dinner. I highly recommend LeRoux for anyone who enjoys a first class dinner.

    A French Bistro, we did not leave hungry. The meals were works of art, and very filling. I, personally found the colors and decor very calming and elegant. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only critique I would provide was the dessert, Black Forest cake was not as good as the rest of the meal.

    Wonderful little bistro. Good food, cocktails, and very attentive service. Had the steak frites, and the wife did mussels. The frites were amazing, steak well cooked and mussels were on point. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an intimate setting with the bistro classics on the menu.

    Disappointed by both the service and food. A 6:15 reservation that wasn't seated until 6:45, pushing us to the bar to buy drinks. Seated in a nice corner booth, but service was terrible, as we watched later arriving tables place orders for food and drink before we did. We felt forgotten for most of the night. The food was terrible. The Steak Frites, which I was told was prepared Medium Rare, could not have been more rare. After the plate was dropped, it was about 15 minutes before we were checked on again, so no sending back for additional heating. We will not dine here again, the cost did not match the experience.

    Service was poor. Waited 15 minutes to order anything. Had to get up to request a server come over. The croque madame is smothered in what looked to be the gravy for their biscuits and gravy dish. Unsure of how you can ruin a croque madame but they did it. After poor service and terrible food my bill was $70. The only saving grace is the ambiance but not worth the price if admission. Save your money and go a block away to Chezzy Maggy.

    Don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this place was pretty terrible & the food was not able to counteract it. We started off by asking the waiter for a recommendation on a Cabernet, he told us he needed to ask the bartender, which would have been just fine had he not taken 15 minutes to come back with said recommendation. We started off with the foie gras, which was amazing, except for the amount of bread that it was served with. One piece for the entirety of the spread was just not right & seeing as the restaurant charged $6 for bread and butter we opted to make do with what we had. Next we had the mussels which were just flat out not good. They were cold and served in what tasted like a mustardy cream dish, 3/10. We then had the short rib which was outstanding, however the serving was TINY. For $45 we expected a dish at least twice the size. We will not be returning.

    We were really looking forward to this date night and it didn’t go quite as planned. 1st tip off was our server, who couldn’t have been any less interested. She seemed annoyed at our needing more time to determine an appetizer. While deciding, she got our drinks with my wife’s not coming with a straw. After asking for one, ultimately my wife had to go get her own after the server disappeared. My wife ordered a salad with the app I ordered…that came out when our entrées appeared which hers was undercooked. While her items were ultimately comped, our server simply showed zero empathy for the lousy experience we had. We won’t be back

    Food was quite good - flavors were subtle and textures were nice. The waiter was very polite and respectful, but not on top of things. He seemed inexperienced and doing his best, which of course happens and we were ok with it. The interior, while nicely decorated, has tables very close together with lots of hard surfaces so it was a little noisy and sound bounced around quite a bit. Felt lively but also a touch too loud for me. All in all it was a nice evening out.

    I choose this place for our anniversary, I put a special note stating this is our anniversary, but unfortunately they didn’t even let our waitress know that. I had to tell out waitress that we were celebrating our anniversary. Our waitress was super nice, food was good but could have been better. Onion soup was disappointing, loved the entree’s. It was so loud we asked to change our tables since we wanted to have an intimate night. When they moved our tables, it was even louder. There was a corner with just couples having dinner, but they insisted sitting us next to really loud group of friends. Overall, food was 7/10, noise level was bad, waitress was super nice. Probably wouldn’t go there again.

    Beautiful setting. Good attentive service even though fairly busy. Food was good but not outstanding. Portions kinda scarce for the price which we felt were too high for overall quality.

    Le Roux offers delicious food, but suffers from the same lack of quality employees to hire as wait staff. Nonetheless, I recommend it to all!

    Delicious pre-theater dinner. We shared the wagyu beef tartare under glass- very dramatic presentation under a smoke-filled dome. It was very good, but the potato chips served with it were oversalted. I had the mussels and my husband had the French dip. Both had excellent flavors, although the accompanying fries were also over salted. It was quiet since we were there early. The tables are pretty tight so a full house might make things louder. The prices were reasonable for the type of food served.
