For our 51st wedding anniversary, after thousands of restaurant experiences over the years, my wife Jo and I asked for a romantic, white-linen, five-star evening in South Beach with exceptional food and service. Leonardo’s on Collins Avenue delivered completely—and, thanks especially to our waiter Nicholas, it became the best dinner of our lives. The atmosphere was elegant and intimate, the five-course meal outstanding, and the multiple wines paired and poured with care. Preferences and small talk for our guests were handled effortlessly and warmly. Nicholas’s service throughout the evening was impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely personal without ever missing a beat. What made the night truly unparalleled happened after we left. On a busy, bustling Saturday night after 9 p.m., we had walked about 2½ long blocks south on Collins Avenue when we heard a voice behind us: “Please, sir.” It was Nicholas, who had tracked us down through the crowds, service tray in hand, to return the AmEx Platinum card I had left behind. All four of us agreed without hesitation: this was the singular best service experience we have ever had. Nicholas elevated an already excellent dinner into something extraordinary and memorable. We cannot recommend Leonardo’s highly enough—especially if you are fortunate enough to be seated with him. Thank you, Nicholas, and thank you, Leonardo’s, for making our 51st anniversary truly special.

"Baccalà mantecato was uneateable ! Too greasy and freezes cold. Spaghetti chitarra were better but too cold for a pastaa dish (for 60$) dessert was good my gintonic 34$ !! A ripoff"

Monday -Prohibition 3 rd time , was fun , electric , n lovely atmosphere . Ordered Linguini All’Aragosta-Lobster , was good n well represented , Staffs energy were great , a guy who played the trumpet or was great n the Dj.

Love dining here elegant restaurant , I tried the Miami Spice, 4-course . I choose Burrata n Octopus again n chose the pasta n panda cotta for dessert They’re all delicious n well presented , was a great night group were dancing n one lady invited me to dance , Love the Friday Dj , the energy , vibe , to all those staffs did the greeting for the celebrants with lights , foam , dancing etc , was fun

Monday Prohibition was great ,Dinner -Salmon -fresh n appetizer Eggplant parmigiana again -Both delicious n nicely presented , Dj was great but I like the dj last Friday night he played very well , Told him he was great, Was nice to see those ladies dancing n the foam ,the energy , Great drinks n dessert , Will be back soon

My 3rd time dining here , i started with Eggplant parmigiana -delicious n look pretty, had a whole Branzino , asked not to filet it -delicious ,fresh, hot n tried the Asparagus with sauce .Leonardo possess elegance n server was great very attentive . Usually , I just eat n leave but last night stayed longer to listened to the music played by the Dj.He was great .Will go back soon
