The Loft at Lena's is our second floor restaurant space, that transforms seasonally into an immersive dining experience. We are featuring our NEW theme, Havana 151. Havana 151 is a sultry, elegant supper club with a Latin / Cuban flair. The dining experience will immerse guests with rich and decadent decor with a unique take on an Old Havana luxury hotel of the 1940/50's. The space carries a sexy, stylish vibe which allows guests to travel in time and spend a day in old Havana and experience a piece of the Cuban culture. This was our second visit to Havana 151. We went for my best friends birthday. What I love most about this restaurant is that it transforms your experience, and you truly feel as though you have traveled to Cuba and are sitting in one of their old-time restaurants. The service is impeccable and the food is great. Their ceviche is absolutely amazing— and definitely shareable, although the next time I go, I intend to get one all for myself! The peach salad is like nothing I’ve ever had before. Also quite shareable, but could be a full meal if you ordered it just for yourself. My friends paella was good, but there was something lacking that we couldn’t put our fingers on. The burrito tacos were outstanding and came with a delicious street corn. Their drinks are creative and delicious. Make absolute sure that you leave room for their coconut rum cake! It is so light, and so delicious, the four of us split it, but I could’ve honestly eaten one all on my own!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. And my best friend, who was there for the first time last night has decided it’s her new favorite place! In fact, all four of us were in agreement on that assessment!! This place is a must try, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Went for a birthday dinner. From the hostess to waitress and manager, each person we interacted w/ made sure to say hello & happy birthday to the guest of honor. The food was delicious. We had arancini and the giant meatball for apps. Then the entrees everyone ordered were as expected. The cocktails were also great. I love that there's a special menu to match the theme as well as dishes you can get every time.

The service was absolutely amazing! Our waitress was so very accommodating! The low star is due to discovering a long clear piece of plastic in our crab dip. I was chewing and pulled it out, totally disgusting and unfortunately made me reconsider every other item that we ordered. The manager took the dip off the check, but that was quite disturbing.

Lena’s is great but the bar upstairs (currently at Havana 151 but no matter what theme) is consistently slow. There is a stark contrast in drink service between upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs was cool to visit but it just takes way too long for drinks and clearly should be staffed better to handle the amount of drinks if the bartender cannot handle it. Otherwise our server was great and the food was great. The drinks also were very tasty once you get them. Just not great when you can get appetizers and dinner faster than the drinks. We’ve had this issue several times now.

This was a vibe for sure! The ambiance was a 10! Lena’s Loft was absolutely beautiful. I brought my daughter and her four friends here for her 12th birthday. Service was wonderful from the hostess stand and throughout dinner. This is both family friendly and date-night appropriate. The meal was a little on the pricier side for large groups but just fine for this special occasion dinning experience.

We went to Havana 151 at Lena’s for brunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our server, Jose, was outstanding. He brought not one, but two, complimentary deserts for us to celebrate her with. The food was fantastic and for drinks we had mimosas, they were delicious. Our only critique is that the menu had every type of mimosa listed as $9. The menu said every one after was $5 besides the one with sorbet. We all read that everyone after the first, regardless of flavor, would be $5. That’s not true. We were told at the end that in order for it to be $5, you have to stick with the same flavor. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a recommendation to clarify that on the menu. Additionally, I think a mimosa special (bottomless, or lower pricing) would boost brunch sales. Thanks for having us! We will be back.

The aesthetic and atmosphere was very beautiful nothing to complain about there. The hostess was extremely friendly and professional. That’s where it ended. We were seated and didn’t get addressed for 15 minutes. I had to look for someone to take our drink orders and take food orders. The food was ok. This was truly surprising because my husband and I went when it was velvet and rye and the service and food was really good. That’s what moved us to come back and experience the change. Probably wouldn’t come back because of the lack of attentiveness and promptness to make us feel valued.

I absolutely loved this restaurant it was super elegant, very romantic with the dim lights, loved the ambiance. I will be back for sure and next time a double date. The vodka pasta was so delicious and my husband loved his big meatball with the sauce and bread. Great job with this restaurant!

The food and ambiance were fantastic. Our server, Rod, was not very attentive or discreet, the drinks took a long time, he neglected to offer us a dessert menu and assumed my boyfriend was paying… so we had to ask for a dessert menu. Also, he told us an awkward story about his girlfriend and how she didn’t tell her mom about him and then told us his shoe size etc. We were on a date and it kind of took away from the experience.

We chose from the restaurant week menu and it was a great deal. Grilled peach salad, margherita pizza and dessert for $35. Almost everything was incredibly delicious, the decor of Lena's Loft was insanely detailed and gorgeous, and the service was great. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the nutella pizza. It seemed like it needed to be cooked/melted more and it was rather dry.

Unfortunately this visit to Lena’s was a disappointment as the service was not close to their usual standard. This may have been because we went on a Sunday for dinner and they were understaffed, but our server was completely checked out and disinterested. We waited for at least 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and needed to remind our server after our appetizers were finished that we still hadn’t received our drinks. No one came by the to top off our water glasses at any point during our meal. The new decor is wonderful and the food was delicious, but the poor service and servers lack of interest left a sour note on our experience. Not a great experience this time. If we hadn’t been many times before and had great experiences, this experience would have resulted in us not returning a second time.

When we arrived for our booking for 4 people. I had ask Not to be seated at a high top. The girl at the desk was lovely. But the Manager was awful, I told him I had ask not to be seated at a high top. For him to say, that is all we have & that’s it. The girl at the desk took us to the very small high top. I ask if we could wait for a larger table. She said it would be up to a hour. We sat & ordered our drinks, the sever was great. Till we started to see straight after us people of 2 been seated at larger tables. One couple was seated at a table for 8. So my husband wasn’t happy at all & went back to the front desk. Thank god the very rude manager wasn’t there. The girl we had spoken to earlier apologized & said she couldn’t do anything while the manager was telling her No. He had just started seating people & not looking at the setting plan. She then seated us at a normal table that seated up to 5 people which was great. Our server was great & the food was delicious. I would of given 5 stars. But the manager made our experience 3 stars

This is always one of the most beautiful restaurants in town. They do a great job transforming every season and you feel like you are in a brand new place. Our server, Alma, was really great. Patient with our large group and kind. Only gave 4 stars because 3 people ordered the lasagna and it was not ready to be served when we we’re having lunch and because not being able to change the reservation online from 12pm to 11am and adding 1 person to my reservation. I had to call and was on hold for about 12 minutes before actually talking to a person and she was a little rude. But because we have been here before I didn’t hold it against them and continued with the reservation. Our food was tasty, the atmosphere was beyond gorgeous, and our waitress was a delightful joy!

Came to check out the new loft decor and it’s beautiful!! They even had a musician playing which really set the mood. I did like the Cuban inspired dishes and cocktails too. We had the El Presidente which comes in a cool smoke box. It’s kinda pricey compared to the other drinks but I suppose it’s the presentation . Also tried the honeybadger which was tasty. For food we had the mojo hanger streak and it came precut. Not so sure the 3 pre cut slices of steak equated to 8oz they advertised so that made me scratch my head a little. Looked like they split my food lol The food was also lukewarm which was a downer because who doesn’t want hot food? We got donuts for dessert and those were hotter than our entrees. Parking does suck here, so I recommend arriving early to find some or you might miss your reservation.
