   My daughter and I had the soup de jour which was creamy celery root. I ordered the Le Poulet Cajon, and she had the Loup de Mer. We split lle Flottante for dessert.Everything was outstanding.

   Outstanding food and excellent service. From the hostess seating us to the waitstaff’s knowledge and attentiveness, the evening was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

   The weekend brunch is listed as an ‘experience’ on Open Table. Admittedly, that made me a little suspect, however it was an ‘experience’ and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very party line atmosphere and everyone was having a great time. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. I highly recommend going!

    This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, charming! The food was fabulous and the service was also fantastic. We were visiting from Dallas and my husband recommended. Did not disappoint.

    I ordered the Le Risotto aux Champignons, and my wife ordered the La Salad de Endives. They were outstanding. My wife had the Le Poulet Cajun, and I ate the L" Escalope de Veau au Citron. They also were outstanding. We split oeufs a la Neige. It was excellent.

    The food was definitely decent, and the service was good, but about halfway through meal, they cranked up the music volume because there was a birthday party. Mentioned it to the waiter. Sometimes we turn the music up, he said.

    The music was much too loud and in my opinion not appropriate for a fine dining experience. It was very difficult to carry on a conversation. We had two excellent salads as appetizers. I thought the entrée was just mediocre. Our server was very good although it took a long time to get drinks.

    We went to dinner for a birthday at Le Bilboquet. Our food was phenomenal but we were unfortunately a bit disappointed with the service. We were only checked on once and had items on our check that should not have been included, plus we did not receive the bread and butter we asked for. Will not deter us from returning

    We just tried Bilboquet for the first time this last Saturday lunch and other than the noise level due to the DJ, it was a great experience (to be fair, the website did mention the Saturday Brunch DJ when booking). The food was excellent and they understand that courses are not rushed and brought out at the same time - frankly something almost all other Denver restaurants fail to grasp (expensive or not). We will be going back to sample the full menu one night soon and likely we will become regulars.

    We have eaten several times at Le Bilboquet, and always had a very pleasant experience. This time we took another couple with us, and we were disappointed. It was a very busy night for a Thursday, but service was slower than usual. We like the snails at Le Bilboquet, but this time they were not piping hot like usual. My salmon also was not as hot as I like it. We got the idea that the food had been sitting in the kitchen on a counter cooling off, and nobody brought it out to our table. they brought three of our meals out at the same time, but we had to ask them to bring the fourth meal out. We do not know what the other couple thought, but we were disappointed with our experience.

    I've made 68 OpenTable reservations since 2016, and of course the quality of service varies. I'm not picky or demanding and usually go with the flow. This is the first time I'm compelled to write a review. 8:30p Valentine's reservation. Tables are turning slowly so there's a wait. That's understandable and we were able to find 2 seats at the bar while we waited. The bartender is slow and does not make eye contact. He is busy but has help. Eventually he hands us menus and runs before I could tell him I just wanted a bottle of Pinot Noir. Completely ignores us. The couple to our right pulls up, orders and receives drinks, then another couple sits down and orders/receives drinks. I am annoyed and embarrassed as other patrons seem to notice us being ignored. It's not a great look especially because we are the only people of color at the bar. We finally ordered our bottle and now our table is ready. I make sure to close out at the bar with a $0 tip and a note to come speak with me if he would like to know why. He does come to see me and I explain my perception. He says I'm calling him a racist and storms off. I did not call him a racist but I did point out how it looked and felt. We proceeded to have a lovely dinner with an amazing waiter. I explained that I have a peanut allergy and he makes note. For dessert our waiter recommends we get one of each type and share. The crumble on mine does not seem right to me, so I ask the waiter to check. Sure enough, he takes them back because the peanuts are mixed into the crumble. The desserts were brought to us by servers not the waiter and it was busy so I did not penalize the waiter on his tip ($463 bill, I tipped him $100). Today I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. Very friendly, hoped we would return, understood that we may not due to our concerns. She didn't do anything except apologize. No assurance that she would talk with the kitchen/servers or adjust process to safeguard in the future

    Food was perfectly prepared, and there is a good selection of wines by the glass. Interestingly, this is a French restaurant, but their signature dish is Cajun Chicken (which we will try next time). Server was very attentive until a group of five and a group of seven were seated at his stations, then my wife and I were pretty much ignored.

    Disappointing, I have been there many times. The waiter was aloof and disinterested and we had trouble getting his attention, the music was too loud. The salad lackluster and it is very expensive. So many good restaurants sorry to see this one slacking since its opening. Still a place to be seen and that is all. Won't be back.

    Overpriced for the quality of the food. Not accommodating (borderline rude) when we were 15 minutes late, even when we called to notify. Mentioned that this was a special occasion (birthday) but that was forgotten.
