   Food was terrible and way overpriced. My wife and I came here for our anniversary. We would have rather gone to texas road house for half the price! The steaks had zero flavor and were over cooked. I ordered a salad that I never got. Overall over priced and very underwhelming.

   We usually love coming here for good food and service. Sadly, the service was really poor on this last visit. Meals were brought out without clearing our salad plates, entree plates weren’t removed without requesting them moved, even though the staff had been to our table multiple times, we had to ask for silverware to eat desserts after the desserts had been sitting at our table for several minutes, the lemon chicken had to be returned to the kitchen because it was a bad piece of chicken, etc. We usually have great service! Something was definitely off last night!

   We were very impressed with presentation of food, and our waitress's personality!! Each course was prompt & delicious. Plus the added warm towels, palate cleanser, and lemon drops at the end of the meal were a fun bonus. We had the salmon and beef tenderloins. The flavors, and temperatures were spot on. Plus, we were constantly attended to by many employees. This was a first time for us, after hearing about this restaurant for a couple of year, and we will go back! It was refreshing to see the staff doing their jobs well, compared to so many businesses nowadays. Thank you for representing great work ethic to all...it showed in the delicious food, and attentiveness details in serving and clearing up the meal.

   Ambience is fun has a chill feel. Our waitress’s were amazing and super nice. Our food was delicious but a little over priced. We’ve been to fancier places with amazing food around the same price. The lady in the front had an attitude, but our waitress made up for that.

   We had a fabulous experience! We had reservations for 10 people! Thus they set us aside in a private room! It was beautiful and the food was delicious! The service was impeccable! Will book again! I absolutely love La Jolla Groves 💓

    I was able to grab a table for a special event reservation: BYU graduation lunch. This allowed me to quickly reserve a great place for 8 on a day when almost every place in Provo/Orem was swamped. We had a quiet corner nearly to ourselves. The service was wonderful and the food similar to our other visits to La Jolla Groves. Would definitely go again.

    Wonderful location for a special occasion. Celebrated my Father’s 80th with his adult children and spouses. He has a hard time hearing in loud environments. The room was quiet with no music as requested so he was able to hear everything. The server was helpful and responsive while allowing us time to enjoy the meal and the company. The evening could not have been better. So pleased we chose La Jolla Groves.

    Lo Jolla Groves is a great restaurant and one of the few fine dining locations left in Utah County. The food is very good and well prepared. The service is good but less than excellent. Value for service and quality is not as high as it should be. As such, it seems a bit overpriced. That said, I hope it stays around a long time. We need it.

    Food is getting worse and worse price is going up. Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Should have sent my pasta and steak back but never liked doing that or being that way. The one good thing is the mushroom bisque soup and rolls are very good! Was my wife’s 30th bday too and they don’t do anything for that. Will be going to Ruth’s Chris from here on out. Same price and 10 times better!

    Everything that we had was excellent. The Butternut squash soup was probably the best that I have ever had, and we love butternut squash soup. We all had the Wagyu filet and it was excellent. Deserts were a exquisite. We don't know when we will be in Provo, Utah again, but if we are, we know where we are having dinner!

    So disappointed. We’ve been here several time before, but it seems as though each experience gets worse. My husband and his friends all ordered steak. It was tough and expensive. The butternut squash soup is delicious and the chicken was fine. Just a lot of money for average food. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

    La Jolla Groves is such a beautiful restaurant! You dine under a grove of very realistic lemon trees. The tables are exquisitely set with white table cloths and yellow napkins, and a pretty place setting. The service is welcoming and so friendly. Our server Ben was top notch!! So very professional. He took such good care of us, helping us navigate the menu for our vegan preferences. All servers are dressed professionally, neat, clean, friendly and attentive. If you are Vegan, definitely try the Champagne Portabello. So delicious! They will also prepare a fresh fruit cup for you for dessert and make other accommodations as well. They have private rooms for parties or business dinners. Great experience at LaJolla Groves

    My husband and I went to La Jolla Groves for our first anniversary a few days ago. We had eaten here a year ago after we got married. The first time we went here, it was great. We were happy with everything. This time around, the food was too dry and we were extremely dissatisfied. One entree we ordered was a $70 wagyu steak and fries cooked with truffle oil. The wagyu was low quality, dry, and tasted unseasoned. We do *not* at all recommend this entree. I got a steak with chimichurri and potatoes. The potatoes tasted too earthy and were very dry. The steak was ok, but not $40 good. There needed to be much more sauce on the whole plate. We also ordered a lavender lemonade and it wasn't very good. For an appetizer, we got the bruschetta and it was delicious. The kitchen sent us a small cheesecake to share to celebrate our anniversary. It was a kind gesture and we were happy to receive it. It was very good. Customers are far better off ordering the lemon chicken or less expensive items on the menu. These seem to be much tastier than what we got. We will likely not dine at La Jolla Groves again. The quality of the food was extremely low for what we paid for. It was $160 poorly spent.

    We had a reservation set in advance, but were seated in a back room so we could not even see the lemon trees. There was a large party of about 20 people in the room as well, and they were very loud. It seemed like the room was meant to just be for them, but then we were added in as well. It was difficult to hear as the small room echoed a lot. We were also somewhat forgotten as our actual waiter came by only two times over the course of an hour. The portions were very small for the Hanger Steak, and it was served with small potatoes that only had salt on them. They were very bland unfortunately. Overall, it was not worth the price as the food was average, environment was uncomfortable, and service was poor. I had been there once before, around the middle of the day, and it was much better. However, I don't think I will come back.

    nothing was bad about the experience, everything tasted good. the entrees took about an hour to get to our table but it was valentines. because of the cost and none of the experience being mind blowing we probably won’t return.
