    I loved this place last time I ate there! I thought the dishes were inventive, the service amazing and the atmosphere just right. For this Mtl à Table meal, the service and ambiance were still amazing, I just didn't love the food. The flavours and choices did not excite me (parsnip soup, the beef shoulder and croquettes, apple dessert). Maybe my expectations were too high? Oh well. There were plenty of others there who seemed to love it!

    Bonne bouffe, bon service de Yohan mais on se serait cru en France pour l'accueil en général...c'est un peu hautain....et nous sommes à Montréal et on préfère les choses plus chaleureuse et plus locales...et surtout sans prétention!

    Had a wonderful experience. Heard so much and saw many pics of the pan cake apple purée and it didn’t disappoint. My wife had French toast and it also looked and was delicious. There were a variety of different dishes around us and there wasn’t one that looked unappealing. Though a little on the pricey side it was a wonderful experience and our server was so hospitable. Thanks again! We’ll be back on our return to Montreal!

    This was not our first time at La Fabrique, so we knew what to expect. In inventive and varied menu, a reasonably priced wine list of (mostly) private importations, and a well versed and attentive wait staff. Dining out well has become expensive in the post-COVID world, but La Fabrique is worth every dollar spent. It should be on any foodie's list when visiting Montreal.

    i was exciting about coming back here as I had discovered it during mtl a table prior to the pandemic. But the only thing that I still rave about is the bread and cream fresh. The soup as a started was really good, and my mom loved her cocktail, but for the remainder of the meal was subpar and just not pleasant meal. I know there are certain qualification to meet with mtl a table so I would maybe blame it on that, but the last time I thoroughly enjoyed the menu so this time was a let down. I haven't given up on them, I may try it again for their regular menu one day. Service was really good and attentive !

We could have changed your meal or made a gesture to reduce your disappointment. After the fact and online, it’s harder for us to catch up.     Honnêtement, la nourriture était très ordinaire. Pour 53$, on était en droit de s’attendre à quelque chose de mieux surtout dans le cadre d’un événement comme MTL à table où les restaurants veulent faire découvrir leur cuisine. Rien à dire de négatif sur les recommandations de vin du serveur!

    Bonjour, Nous sommes quelque peu surpris par votre commentaire car le menu a eu de très bons retours jusqu'à maintenant. Il correspond à un rabais de 15% sur nos prix réguliers, tout en gardant les mêmes portions généreuses qui ont fait notre réputation. Le festival est une opportunité pour nous, restaurateur, de renouveler notre clientèle; nous n'avons aucun intérêt à proposer un menu qui ne soit pas fidèle à notre identité et à notre savoir-faire. Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et espérons que vous nous donnerez une deuxième chance.
