With produce exclusively from Colorado farms and a strong focus on sustainable American seafood, Koko Ni’s Japanese and French-inspired ten-course tasting menu is written daily, based on ingredient seasonality and availability.

Diners can expect playful, inspired bites, with items like local garden greens, handmade pasta, a lobster dish utilizing sustainable lobster purveyors from Maine and a seasonal bouquet inspired by the variety of flowers, leaves and vegetables from Esoterra Culinary Garden.

    I prepaid for a 13 course chef’s table experience at $175 per person. However, we only received 7 courses and we weren’t seated at the chef’s table either. This is a disappointment and we will not go back nor recommend this restaurant.

    The staff was lovely and all the food was delicious. We left feeling very satisfied and wanting to come back. Great little space.
