   I can see how they earned a Michelin star. The service was fantastic the staff was very attentive, but not intrusive at all. They brought the courses out with almost perfect timing, and the food was incredible. We are already planning our next visit, and please NEVER make a "kids" Mac and cheese like the customer at the table next to us suggested to your wait staff.

   Delicious food and amazing service! We actually ate here 2 nights in a row it was so wonderful. The first night we had king crab legs, lamb, and the most creative apple dessert. The second night we had steak and bolognese pasta. The waiters were attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The atmosphere was lovely with comfortable chairs. We will be back!

   The bread was delicious. The dessert was artful. Too much salt was on the strip steak but it was cooked properly. I could only eat half of a bite of the steak but my husband was able to finish it despite the over saltiness because it was $95. The pappardelle bolognese sauce was sparse and the little bit there had a funny taste. So, we didn't eat it. The mac and cheese - had no cheese - so I wouldn't order it again. The onion rings were very good.

    Very noisy, not so great ambiance. Lots of servers but didn’t bring everything we ordered and when we asked for them to bring it, they didn’t bring it a second time. Presentation of food was their high point. I was expecting to be wowed but it was meh.

    What a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive (but not obtrusive). The menu is varied, using fresh and locally sourced items. The steaks, which we had, are amazing. We did learn that one side is large enough to share amongst 3 or 4. We did not know this going in and overordered on the sides. By far the mushrooms were the favorite! After dinner we were fortunate to meet Chef Andrew and get a tour of the ageing room. What a treat. The care taken with the cuts, the amazing aroma and the marbling was great to experience. We look forward to returning.

    Service started better than ended. We initially had 3 servers and by the end of the night there was no one to be found. They took forever to bring our wine and never asked if we need another one. When my husband asked for another glass of wine it probably took 30 min to come. They brought us coffee and forgot the milk. Other tables around were given petit fours and we never got any. I personally don’t think they deserve any Michelin start, since I have been to much better restaurants in NYC that currently don’t hold any start.

    Underwhelming for the price. The waiters were fantastic but the hostess who sat us was kind of rude and when we asked to move to a table that wasn’t directly in the sunlight, she didn’t really want to move us despite the fact that no one ended up sitting at that table the entire time we were there. Most of the food was great, but my med-rare NY Strip came up closer to med-well which is really not acceptable for a $95 steak.

    We’re excited to dine at a Michelin rated restaurant and know from previous experience the service the Ritz provides. We were quite excited to find out. We have three people tending to us. This was our 40th anniversary celebration. That was acknowledged. The service is so incredibly poor. We waited for water. We waited for wine. Waited for appetizer plates. We waited for Bill. The restaurant was not fill by any means, so there was no reason for the service be this poor. The food is marginal. And the service made it even worse. Will never recommend and can’t wait to do a Yelp review

    Overall very good experience due to the level of service received. Couple of things that could have gone better. Our reservation was not available at the scheduled time. We waited in the lounge for a while before our table was ready. When we walked into the dining area we went from a very relaxed laid back vibe in the bar/lounge area to a very noisy main dining room. It was an open room with loud acoustics…took us by surprise. Our service team was on point and overall very attentive. The food was unique and very good..the only issues that arose was a hair in one of the salads and the scallops texture was somewhat fleshy. Would recommend to others but make sure you review the menu in advance to see if the selection is a fit for you.

    Graduation dinner. Service was impeccable. Food was outstanding, especially the filet mignon, the potato purée and the braised mushroom medley. The Tomato burrata salad was also excellent. The Dessert presentations were picture perfect! And the cafe gourmand was a nice surprise.

    I was so looking forward to this experience but overall it was somewhat lackluster for me and definitely not worth the price. Let me start with the good- The service is amazing at Knife and Spoon, and our needs all evening were attended to. I want to also call out Carolina who I believe went out of her way to get us a better table. I also believe the wine list is very good, and we had two very delightful bottles of red. The meal started off strong with an amuse bouche and the bread service was really fantastic. On to our main courses, one of our diners had the whole fish and thought it was excellent. Another ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese and again thought it was well done, but nothing that can not be had in other fine Italian restaurants. The two remaining diners split a 32 oz 90 day aged ribeye, which we were not happy with at all. We asked for a Pittsburgh preparation but with the temperature brought up to a med-rare. When the steak was delivered it was very very rare (blue) but the char was very nice. Because the steak was already sliced we were hesitant about sending it back, but they didn't overcook it and it came back rare again. The steak was loaded with much more fat and grizzle than what you would expect from a restaurant of this quality and certainly NOT worth the $195 dollar price tag. We opted to get the potato puree and mushrooms side dishes. The former was a very weak side dish, (but they really only had this or fries as a potato option) and the latter was quite good. The restaurant also sent out a delightful post meal sweets which consisted of four bitesize portions (something like a smore, a macaron, a lemon flavored mini cupcake and a half sphere gum drop). We ordered the carrot cake which was laughable, in that it was a 1x6" bar that did not resemble what we expected carrot cake to be at all. The dining room itself was very lovely but it was surprising how loud it was in there, which I did not expect.

    After seeing Knife & Spoon consistently on top of every best restaurant list in Orlando, our expectations were pretty high. While we had a nice experience, we came away feeling a little underwhelmed. Nothing we ordered was mind-blowing, and even the dry aged steak wasn’t what we had hoped for. Drinks were fine, but nothing super special either. Mistakes were made on both of our cocktails, but were changed without issue. I hate to leave an ordinary review, but I think there are way better options for the money in Orlando.

    The service and drinks were outstanding. We were surprised by the yellow snapper whole fish. It was absolutely delicious. The king crab scampi was really good though not sure it was worth the price for the amount served. We were disappointed by the burrata salad considering its a Michelin star restaurant. It was hard and dry. We've had much better elsewhere. The quality of the filet was top notch but the preparation left much to be desired. It was over charred at the top for a medium rare. The mushrooms were delicious and we tried 3 desserts the apple, the caramel and the carrot cake all were great. Overall we were happy and will return for the menu items we enjoyed.

    This was by far the best dining experience I’ve ever experienced in Orlando. From start to finish, the service was immaculate, and the quality of the dishes was incredible. Our serving team was Chris, Christian, and Shay. Each was very patient with us and answered every question with great detail. They gave amazing recommendations and truly wanted to make sure we had a great. This is now my new favorite restaurant in Orlando.

    Fabulous! Spectacular! Amazing! I cannot say enough good. Server, Kain and his assistant, Hala treated us like royalty. Extraordinary service from Kain and Hala. Luke was terrific as well.     Unfortunately we only had a “fair” experience. Maybe we had to high of expectations? Service was pretty good not Michelin star service. Meals came out at different times, table was not cleared after each course, food was only fair especially based on price point. Nice wine list unfortunately limited options in stock and some multiples were 4-5X+. Just below expectations on many fronts for the price.

    Food was great. My biggest complaint is I said we were in no rush. I told the staff to take their time. That being said when you put your fork down someone was there in seconds to rake it away. When I go out for a meal that costs $300+ for 2 people, I don’t want to be rushed. The only way we could stop it was to our forks continuously otherwise they swooped in to gather the dishes. If we had not done that we likely would have been out of there in under an hour. Fir a four course meal, that’s a ridiculously short time. It was a nice room, the noise level was up but not horrendous. Food was very good. Waiter was nice, but too big of a hurry

    4 guests in party, Seated on time, at 8.30pm. apparently chef wants entire order placed at same time - to give cooked food time to rest - we advised we do not want main course ordered at same time to ensure it is not sitting around “resting”. , our delay in ordering all at once paid off due to issue we had with salads - so stand your ground and order what you want when you want and not what chef wants - 2 x wedge salads arrived hardly any sauce or blue cheese or tomatoes - too dry - waited 15 minutes for extra sides of accompaniments to arrive - it was more than enough - the food is very fresh and tasty - our 2 x steaks, 1 x Wagu steak and 1 x flounder arrived quite late due to salad delay - but food was excellent and the sides. It was very late having our main course so did not try nice looking desserts. So having 2 x cocktails, 4 x beers 1 x bottle of wine came to $700 with tip included. Very nice if you can afford it but is too pricy, so will be a good while before we can go there again - food is top notch.and waiters and staff extremely polite and friendly. Restaurant is light and fresh looking but very modern and stylish - it is the Ritz.
