   Didn’t actually intend to get lunch - it’s a little pricey - so we stuck to tap water and chose the cheapest things. They were absolutely delicious! My friend had a sort of eggy spinach thing and I had the lamb kofta that came with these yummy little pickled mushrooms and great pitta. We also had some hummus and olives and some sort of cheesy whip. It was really good! Ambience was nice. Trendy but not too overwhelming. Cute touches with decoration and nice toilets. Would recommend.

   The service wasn’t good. It is like they forgot I was there. I asked for Vodka and lemon. They brought me vodka in a water glass with lime and a lemonade. Chips were good. Menu was limiting. It was my birthday no special anything.

   Great stop off en route to Wembley (2 stops from Baker Street). Excellent lamb cops in herb crust with artichokes. Staff were very friendly. I promised to return!

   Staff were friendly and welcoming. The setting is very nice. Nice tea However… Food was pretty shocking considering the price. The antipasti meat and cheese board was well below average and just really not tasty. You could get better from Sainsbury’s. Venison tagliatelle was very rich, quite tasty but no nuance to it. Felt like a school meal. Very heavy. Would be ok for pub grub but the food was seriously lacking, especially at the price. Just so disappointing.

    Joli restaurant à la cuisine soignée et très goûteuse. Personnel charmant et attentionné. A conseiller sans hésitation. Pour les grands mangeurs, prévoyez plusieurs plats, les portions ne sont pas énormes mais les ingrédients sont de qualité et succulents. La friture de zucchini un délice.     Brunch was ok - my daughter had Eggs florentine which she said was quite nice, but my omelette was small and rubbery and the sourdough with it was so thin it was like a piece of paper. The ambience was ok and the staff were fine - not especially friendly, but efficient.

    The reviews and pictures was the reason for coming for a date evening but, unless I was in a different restaurant, I wouldn’t recommend believing the reviews. We hadn’t realised it was a hotel lobby restaurant so, there was no atmosphere. It took a really long time to get served, both drinks and food and many other tables (though it wasn’t busy at all) were also waiting a long time. Food was average and overpriced and overall, I wouldn’t come back.

    A lovely venue for a semi formal lunch. The atmosphere and ambiance was perfect and the staff were all very pleasant. Dishes, inducing mains, were very small for the prices charged.

    Lovely food. Very friendly staff. Offer loads of cocktails but don’t have Bombay sapphire gin for my wife which was surprising. But that was only fault among an otherwise nice evening. Lovely polite staff

    First visit and was apprehensive about a restaurant in a hotel. Recommend having cocktails to start, especially the Pipe. Food was of a very high standard with novel dishes but a little overpriced and limited wine choice below £40 a bottle. Piped music not necessary. Service was excellent and Costas and Genaro deserve a special mention! Very professional, attentive, warm and smiling.

    We visited last night for my birthday, the service was excellent and we were very well looked after. The food was amazing particularly the beef cheek which was so tender! We weren’t rushed and felt very relaxed in a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

    Excellent night yesterday at this lovely restaurant. We came to celebrate my hubby's birthday and they were super. They cocktails were inventive and delicious, food was spot on, served from the open kitchen in timely manner and nicely presented (special mention to the mushroom croquettes, I could have a ton of them!). We were looked after by the warm and competent Gennaro, that made us feel home. The restaurant itself has an understated elegance I love. It is part of the hotel itself, which seems adorable too. If you are not a Londoner and thinking to stay in town.

    The waiter was very friendly and helpful when showing me to my seat and taking my order. The manager kindly showed me the roof terrace so I could take a photo. However, I received little/no attention once I was brought my meal. The menu I was given looked used and tatty. The booking I had made online wasn't registered on the system. The waitress/waiter didn't come to ask how my food was. So I had to go to the bar to tell them. My first breakfast was cold. I wasn't offered a new meal immediately, but only after pushing for it a bit. Initially they only offered me new beans. The second time, although the breakfast was hot, the bacon was over cooked and the eggs were runny, though I had specially asked the waiter for the eggs not to be runny. If the waiter had been more attentive, they could have noticed this. But nobody came over to ask if my meal was OK. I had already finished my coffee and water by the time my second breakfast arrived. So I had to eat my breakfast without a drink. Again, nobody came over to ask if I wanted another drink. What was I paying a service charge for if there wasn't service? Nobody came to bring me my bill. I had to go to the bar to ask for it. I felt very disappointed with the lack of customer service, especially with it being my holiday. I choose a restaurant like this as I expect something extra special, as a treat for my holiday.

    We went on a Sunday and had a 12pm table booked. There were no other clients in at that time and only the bar menu was available Lots of staff behind the bar and all seemed very new. Didn’t know the ingredients to make a Bloody Mary. The service was very very slow and only the maitre D seemed to know what was going on. Midweek menus were given and then taken back. Just seemed disorganised. Lovely place but no atmosphere as no other people there and they need to support their new staff so they know what they are doing. Food was generally good but you expect more from the service at a hotel such as this.

    Needed a quick bite before going to a concert at Wembley - we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and presentation (hotel restaurants can often be hit and miss). Nice decor and staff very good. The front of house spent quite a lot of time "pushing" some of the more expensive dishes when we first arrived which was a little off putting to start with. It always makes me think they're desperate to get rid of food that might be getting past it's best...overall though a very good experience and hotel looks very nice too.

    The staff are really kind and obviously happy in their roles. The menu is varied, interesting and flexible, not labelled starter/main/etc so that we could choose from anywhere on the menu to put together our meal. 3 of us enjoyed red prawn carpaccio, fried zucchini strips, English Veal, Lobster pasta and beef carpaccio all beautifully cooked and presented. As it was an anniversary occasion, they were kind enough to give us a gorgeous panna cotta each. A great discovery, we will certainly go again.
