   It was very loud. The food wasn’t as good as the prices would suggest it was. The staff were either very busy or somewhat inattentive (I’m optimistically leaning towards busy) although they were very polite. It wasn’t a bad experience just not great. For the price I would expect much better.

   Dinner with friends. Beautiful view to the falling snow outside, great service and delicious food. I wish they were open for breakfast to go again in the morning.

   None of the fireplaces were lit. This was disappointing. The paint and decor is starting to lose that rustic feel towards a run down feel. The portion size in the appetizer (spinach dip) was a bit Small. Either add more dip or less pita’s. The ratio was terrible. The kettle chips looked and tasted straight out of the bag from the Costco version of kettle Chips that you can buy. Didn’t taste fresh/homemade. I had the butter chicken meal with rice and Naan not was delicious. Overall glad we went. But won’t go again.

    Delicious food and awesome service! It is a noisy joint, thankfully we were lucky enough to have a spot upstairs so we were somewhat away from the hub-bub but even so would definitely return. Our server Daniel was a delight, personable and friendly and kept checking in on us so we didn't feel forgotten, and the food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented!

    We visit the village often and always enjoyed our dinner at Kaytoo .. last night not so much .. Our food was rather disappointing.. I had the stir fry with very little vegetables in it.. The cheese burger was dry and not flavourful. The jerk chicken was ok but not great .. the fish and chips very tasty and the pasta was just ok as well. The service was excellent.. but didn’t make up for the disappointing meal.

    We were happy to have made a reservation as it was Family Weekend and everywhere was packed. Sadly the restaurant was understaffed and could not handle the onslaught of people. The server was kind. But forgot to put in our appetizer orders. Our main food arrived, my French Onion Soup was tasteless and they had ran out of pulled pork. My son asked for grilled chicken with the pasta but there was no chicken on the plate The ribs and Reuben tasted great according to the family. I was disappointed and left hungry. Maybe it would have been different on a non busy night.

    Food was very weak, our server told us she was bringing the bill before people were finished eating, we weren’t asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, and we’d only been seated for an hour and 10 minutes. I settled up because I felt pushed to do so and an hour later our plates, including no an appetizer plate, still hadn’t been cleared and there was no follow up for drinks or dessert still.

    Great place for family or group after skiing. Good menu variety, friendly service. Bit pricey, family of 4 - $210 but this is a tourist area so cost is inflated, highly recommend!

    We were charged a-lot for our sparkling wine bottles. Had to correct server and they reimbursed our bill after we pointed out. A bit disappointing? Yes.

    From the front door staff to the manager and server the service was friendly and responsive. We had our drink orders and then food orders taken in a very timely manner. The food came out very quickly, and i was pleasantly surprised. Order the Jerk Chicken came with corn on the cob and i actually didnt expect that but it was just as good as the chicken. Kids had peroggees and chicken fingers and everyone was happy with their food. For some reason i just wasnt sure what to expect with Kaytoo, but the look of the place, the views through the windows, the noise level, all of it was a really nice 👍

    The food took ridiculously long to come out despite a not full restaurant. We were waiting one hour and 20mins for our orders. There were repeated assurances that the food was coming out next for about 30mins. The food was okay but the overall food experience has gone seriously downhill from even 6months ago. We have been long patrons.

    We visited Keytoo on Dec 30, had reservation. Our table was ready right away, didn’t have to wait. Everyone was nice and cordial. The table was sticky and felt dirty. Food: amazing calamari, probably the best I ever had! My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger sliders and I loved my ribs, very tender and juicy. My husband loves Indian food but he did not enjoy his butter chicken, said it was subpar. Overall a nice experience. Oh and even though they ran out of certain food, they quickly offered substitutes and we did not have to wait long. They brought the food very quickly. Overall it’s 4 out of 5. Thanks Keytoo staff!

    Food was good and service was even better. Unfortunately the room next to garage door was very cold. It was uncomfortable and made for an unpleasant experience. The warm atmosphere from past visits was missing. The huge fireplace in the middle of the restaurant had 2-3 pieces of fire logs for a fireplace that likely holds 10-15 pieces. We did appreciate the fact that they took reservations unlike most other restaurants in the village.

    We made reservations for Christmas Day understanding that a special Prime Rib dinner would be served. Apparently the person who gave me that information was confused with New Year. Service was attentive and pleasant, and our waitress was excellent. The dining room was nice with pretty Christmas decorations and lovely views of the outdoor lights through the large windows. Our dinners were satisfying but not really anything special. All in all, it was a good experience but not one that I would recommend for a special occasion.

    Everything was Awesome, the waiter, Ethan was Awesome he was very helpful when we were having trouble with the machine to pay at the end of our meal. We left a generous tip. For everything was very good.

    Food was ok depending on what you ordered. Don't recommend the falafel burger at all, it is overpriced for what you get. Crumbles as you eat it and you are lucky if it comes out lukewarm. Flavouring of it is bland also. Our other guests enjoyed their meals.

    Our first time at Kaytoo and it did not disappoint. Food was excellent and a good variety on the menu, they even have gluten free items. Drinks were good but a little on the high end for prices. Nice ambiance and it wasn't loud so you could enjoy conversations without yelling across the table. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We will return :)

    Came here for the second year in a row to celebrate my two year anniversary with my boyfriend, as we come to Collingwood to celebrate. We really enjoyed the dinner and had a lovely table in the middle of the restaurant. The only thing was-they didn’t have the dish and chips! It’s my favourite, so I was a little disappointed but the pasta that I ordered instead was very good though. My boyfriend got the jerk chicken and said it was fantastic, and we also ordered mojitos which were great! Thanks for the great experience ! Hope to be back soon!

    We had reservations and it seemed Iike all guests were being seated in this one little section when the rest of the restaurant was empty. It just would have been nice to have a little more privacy rather than tables all jammed so close together.
