   Best Queso I’ve ever had. Great margaritas too. Was a little disappointed when we were sat right next to another table of people with a fairly slow time for the restaurant but food did not disappoint and we will be back. Great place if you’re going to summit music hall for a show.

   My friends and I celebrated my 40th this l past weekend and let me say the sangrias and nachos were delicious!!! The SERVICE SUCKED! Our waitress Heaven had an attitude and was not aware of the “specials” and the management (tall white foreign woman with brown chin length hair- with keys on her arms) never once asked how we were doing while acknowledging other tables! I will be contacting corporate on this manner!

   As others have noted recently, the food isn’t that good anymore. We loved this place the first couple times we came pre-pandemic but now something is off. The only thing we loved was the fry bread. Service was also quite slow, a drink was forgotten and then took until halfway through a not too tasty meal to show up

    This was our 2nd visit and we won't be going back. The food was marginal at best which surprised us given the positive experience we had the 1st time. If the food was amazing it would justify the price but everyone at our table was unimpressed. It was not just the tacos, the guac plate was also average. Lots of lettuce, the pico was bland and a small scoop of guac left us wanting. Great location and atmosphere they just have high prices and low quality.

    NYE 2022. Table next to host stand was not ideal. Lots of yelling and loud tables nearby. Not a fan of Mexican restaurants that charge for salsa. Service was average and bar/drinks were very slow service.

    First of all the Host was clueless. He initially sat us next to kitchen when there weee great tables available by window. My Pork shoulder was bland no salsa. Over priced. My wife is GF. She order chicken enchiladas, she felt terrible all night. The waiter was ok. Overpriced. Should have gone to Rio!

    List of wine was very very limited, and the ones that we bought were awful. Portions especially the tacos were extremely small but the food overall was very tasty.

    Kachina was a really fun spot with good vibes but sadly understaffed for a Friday night. Our server was very kind and took 15% off our bill which was absolutely not necessary but very appreciative. I really enjoy going out to dinner and love supporting local but am sad to see so many places short-staffed. Be patient, understanding and gracious with restaurants, especially during the holidays, as I’m sure they’re more stressed out about serving you than we realize. I would go back to Kachina again.

    It is highly inconvenient to have to travel through Kachina, across a hotel lobby and then down two flights of stairs to use the restroom.

    We made a reservation but ended up moving to the bar because the reservation table was outside of the restaurant and felt like a food court. This is hard to explain but they have a small area out of the main restaurant that is attached to a small indoor market. Overall the happy hour is great, the salsas and tacos were wonderful, and the bartender was top notch. I would only suggest that reservations be seated in the main restaurant because there were a ton of open tables when we got there.

    I shan't eat here again. The service was fine, the staff were friendly, but I found the food to be sub-par and overpriced. Also, I felt dismayed when I saw the pumpkin pie served to other customers. It's clearly some cheap pie made elsewhere. The crust looked particularly atrocious. I felt bad for the diners who ordered this dessert.

    Though reservations were made with special note as date night, we were sat at the front of the door which was not ideal w the cold weather. We were not offered special menu for Dia De Los Muertos. Food was great, server was friendly. Just disappointed about how reservation seating was handled.

    Had never heard of fry bread before so we were happy to try it. So good! We had many of the different tacos and they were all good. Good flavours - the best was the fish taco! Also the simple margarita was perfectly balanced with just lime, agave and tequila. Perfect lunch!

    Overall a solid very good experience! The food was unique and flavorful. A little bit of “ The Four Corners “ as described on their menu. Everything we ordered was a little spicy, which I like. Loved the Margarita pitcher.

    We had the queso fundito, tacos a la carte, and chicken enchiladas. Service was really slow. I enjoyed my enchiladas but the tacos were really small and the food was so spicy my friend could barely eat any of her meal. Overall, decent but would probably try a different Mexican place in the city before coming back.

    We had the steak dish and the birria dish that were pretty tasty. Riley was a great waiter and drinks were pretty tasty especially the jalapeño margarita
