Jo was an outstanding server. Very kind and attentive, recommend drinks for us because we were unsure what to get and loved what she chose. Often checked in to make sure everything was good and was quick if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We waited for approximately an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, which mostly came out cold. Our guest that arrived late and therefore ordered last received his food first(approx. 10-15 mins before everyone else) but also cold.

Table was waiting with reservation name on it. Service was immediate and constant. The young lady serving us was a trooper still confined with mask, so polite and friendly. Restaurant full, not packed. It was an awesome first experience with colleagues and friends as the pandemic winds down.

Our server was fantastic, we were having a meeting and the awareness he had for the table on a busy night was fantastic. No glass ever went empty nor did we once have to look for him. His table maintenance was exceptional.

Server was horrible. Ruined the entire night. Was rude never checked on us for refills. Was irritated by our order and made it very clear. Mae my guests feel very uncomfortable. Love the food, go on a weekly basis but would highly recommend removing this server. Was my sons birthday, spent over 200 dollars and left to get desert elsewhere because we could not tolerate server any longer. Shame.

Since this is our local watering hole, we enjoy the staff very much, especially Kelly! She is an extraordinary server and hope that we are seated in her section when we attend. The wings are also very good, one of my husband and son’s favourites.

Food was fantastic (we both got wings and fries and you can't beat the price of them on their 241 wing nights). Our waitress, Crystal, was also fantastic. She was friendly, provided quick service and refilled our drinks when she saw we were getting low without even having to be asked. We're always impressed when we go to this John Max location.

Excellent service. Our waitress Amanda was attentive to our needs the whole time even though she was busy with other tables. Food was excellent and came quickly. Moderate noise later when it got busy, but it’s a sports bar. That’s the ambience.
