Overall my husband and I enjoyed our visit to The Nashville Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. We started our meal with the beet salad and the lobster bisque. Good sized portions on both ( they gave me half portion on the beet salad and still more than enough). My husband had the Steak Collinsworth and a loaded baked potato and I had the Sea Bass. I personally thought the sauce ( a carrot vinaigrette) overpowered the taste of the sea bass. This was served with two cherry tomatoes , artichokes, fingerling potatoes & asparagus. The sauce also had a little spicy “kick” to it … again not a fan with sea bass! Our waiter Eli was very helpful and was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. He even walked me to the ladies room after dinner. The place itself is very unique in the sense that it had a piano above the bar and TVs on the wall in the same space with beautiful chandeliers and lighting of all shapes and sizes ! Again a beautiful restaurant though I was a little disappointed with the sea bass.

We celebrated our anniversary last night at Jeff Ruby's. We ordered the Sea Food Tower. Wow, so much food, definitely enough for 4 people. Their special cocktails, Smoked Mango Old Fashion and Ruby Razz were a great beginning. The wedge has pork belly, yum. We are true BBQ peeps and appreciated the pork belly. We will return. Complimentary valet parking is a big plus.

We were in town for a girl’s weekend and a concert. We made reservations 3 months in advance and were so thankful we did! The atmosphere is amazing, the food equally fantastic, and the service phenomenal. Our server Allen was attentive and gave us recommendations on sights to see and after dinner entertainment. The manager Alpha personally made a reservation for us at a nearby hot spot and we were personally escorted to the establishment. What a fabulous experience and can’t wait to go back!

Brought my friend here for his birthday & it was his first time. He absolutely enjoyed it. Still talking about days later. Says you all know what your doing with that steak. Only takeaway was the creamed spinach wasn't exactly hot like the rest of our food(which was steaming) other than that everything was wonderful.

Jason was amazing. He made our dinner fabulous and even helped us celebrate! The food was delicious and our waiter did an outstanding job helping us pair main courses and sides. Our taste buds rejoiced! The service was impeccable. We felt special and well taken care of.

First let me start by saying Jeff Rubys has always been my number one go to in Nashville. I have ate here six or seven times in the last few years and it's always been excellent. However this visit was a little short of perfection. We had reservations for 5 PM so we were one of the first ones there. Our staff was overall good and attentive but missed a few points. It just wasn't firing on all cylinders like normal. There was no note which is a nice touch. It just seemed different . The overall absolute quality experience that I come to expect was just lacking. I will say the mac & cheese was great I love garlic. But the cream spinach was off. The ribeye was good. I love this place and will probably give it another chance the next time I'm in town but at this price point there were five of us and my dinner alone was $253. The total tab was over $900 you can't make too many mistakes. There are a lot of fine dining options in Nashville all vying for my money.

Came in for me and my pregnant wife’s 1 yr anniversary and Mother’s Day. Had a reservation for bar seating. They upgraded us to dining seating and also gave us a Jeff rubys onesie for our soon to be son! Absolutely the best dinner we’ve ever had!!

Service was fantastic. We sat in the bar with the live entertainment. Wine selection is good but pricey. Our steaks were very tender and cooked very well. But the cost is really out there. We had house wines, no appetizers and no dessert. Total bill. for two was over 3 Benjamins. WOW !

Food and atmosphere where great as always. Waiter was slow and inattentive. He engaged us in a conversation where we were discussing how we ended up in Nashville (wildfire that destroyed our town and killed 85 people). Started spouting out conspiracy theories and wouldn’t stop as my wife become visibly agitated (PTSD). Almost had to call for the manager. We’ll go back again but will not let this individual wait on us.

Alan was a FANTASTIC waiter, and helped guide us through the menu, which can be a bit overwhelming. Food was amazing! We had a romantic booth in range to listen/watch the pianist in the bar, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise. Had to start with the sushi, then finished with filets with bacon jam, NY strip steak with crawfish, gotta have Mac & cheese, and ended with the ricotta filled donuts. All AMAZING! Would definitely go back. Beautiful elegant restaurant.

The place lived up to the hype. Allan was our server was friendly and knowledgeable and he broke down the menu from top to bottom. He made great recommendations and was able to answer any questions we had. His assistant Bryce was also quite friendly and attentive to our needs. The manager Alissa came by to check on us and we ended up having a nice conversation with her about the place. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an upscale steakhouse in Nashville.

We had customers and my husbands sales guy for Tn at dinner. When the meal came out my husbands sales guy wasn’t looking good and then his color left his face and he was not responding to us. I went to the front to have them call 911 and from that moment on the management was right there taking care of him and I could not have been more impressed! Thank you to everyone for helping make this unfortunate experience one that we will never forget bc of your kindness and attentiveness to our situation
