Great experience dining at Jaleo during the Dubai Restaurant Week. We were well taken care of by Juan. Had one of the best beef ribs and croquettes ever. The desserts were mind-blowing as well. Overall, a very nice experience.

Good service and food with good quality. The entrances and deserts portions were good but the mains were under what is the acceptable quantity. It's unfortunate because there was conditions to be a great evening. The solomillo was just really small 4 cubes of meat without any sides. We had to complement our dinner with other meal in a different venue. Besides that the music was a bit loud for my taste but that is up to each taste.

As we entered, we were greeted by an open-kitchen layout, chefs slicing cured meats and firing paella as we walked to our table. The design of the restaurant is outstanding, and the amount of care put into every detail is obvious. The sights, sounds and smells matched the extravagance of the rest of the Royal Atlantis. Wow. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our visit. The service, venue and decor were let down by the dishes we were servers as part of Dubai Restaurant Week. The starters were absolutely tasteless and had us asking for the salt. It's uncertain how bread and tomatoes, described as "ethereal" on the menu, could be such a miss. The mains were literally inedible. The vegetarian eggplant ceviche (i.e. eggplant layered with onions) was a huge disappointment and the prawn paella smelt distinctly off. The neighbouring table weren't impressed either, and sent their paella back twice as the prawn was not deveined. The deserts (flan, chocolate tart) were fine, but it was too little too late. In conclusion, if you visit Jaleo, stick to the wine.

It was a nice experience. Although the greeting wasn’t the nicest, we were there about 10 minutes earlier and by the time we reached the Hostess she said to us that we couldn’t be seated because we were 4 minutes before the time of the reservation( it was 9:26 and the booking was for 9:30 pm) this was definitely a first for me and the way the message was conveyed could’ve definitely been better. Once we were seated, the first appetizer took about 20 minutes to arrive and the next one another 20 minutes. The flan was phenomenal, it was very creamy and honestly one of the best I’ve ever tried! The place has a lovely ambiance and apart from that first greeting, staff were super friendly with us.

Low quality starter with bad presentation (chicken croquettes), no sides served with main and we weren’t given the option to pay extra for sides. Dishes came out at different times.

Staff was friendly but looked confused and lost, were not professional. Our food took too long, and some items arrives cold. Drinks were below average. Ambience and vibe were not nice. Overall, and ok experience but i wouldnt go back
