   So basically I reserved my table 2 and a half weeks prior to arriving. Table for 4 people. I was seated outside under a tent which I wanted a table. I was seated inside after I complained. Then as far as food goes. My food was made incorrect as well as my friends food was over cooked when she stated rare. I ordered a Margarita which was pretty to look at but tasted like pure sugar. So I was done and ordered a Dr Pepper. Then my other friend they served his food 15 mins after ours. So he watched us eat till his came out. It was a mess. I assume it was just my bad luck. Either way I wouldn’t want to come back. My server was polite and sweet tho. None of the issues were his fault as he wasn’t the person who sat us. Or the cook who couldn’t tell food temps

   Great food and fantastic ambiance. Service was excellent and drinks were exceptional. My wife and I were both please with our burgers and appetizers. We will definitely return.

   I enjoyed brunch here a few weeks ago so i thought i would give dinner a shot. Big mistake. So when you make a reservation for 8 people and no where on the reservation does it indicate that the table is outside and then you get to the restaurant, its 99 degrees that day, and your table is outside im done....all the oscillating fans in the world do not make a difference. Next the food is vastly overpriced and severely underwhelming. For $30 for a boudin stuffed pork chop i expect a lot more flavor...and $24 for the same chicken fried steak i could get at Lubys...it was borderline offensive...the deviled eggs were good....the boudin balls were awful...being from south Louisiana when i saw these on the menu it reminded me of home but the truth is you could stop at any gas station off of i10 and find a much tastier boudin ball...the only bright spot was the strawberry cake was great....i dont write many reviews but difference between the price and the value are light years away here

   Everyone was super nice. All good was delicious except for the crab cakes. Those were disappointing. The crab tasted a bit off. But, the eggs were cooked perfectly. The strawberry cake was great. The grand mimosa wasn’t worth $14.

   We had great service at Jacoby's - that needs to be said first. But we were very disappointed in the food. The mac and cheese, the jackfruit bowl, and the salmon (minus the pureed pees, which had little flavor) were solid, but everything else just wasn't up to par. We ordered two steaks cooked medium...one came well done and the other was rare. The tenderloin had also been poorly butterflied? For a $50+ cut of meat, really not what we expected. Wilted lettuce, overdressed broccoli, and way-too-tart cocktails rounded out the experience. At least our server couldn't have been better!

   We sat outside and enjoyed watching the sunset with a view of the Colorado River. Feels like you're out in the country while only being a couple of miles from downtown!

    We went for Mothers day buffet and while the atmosphere and view were amazing the food was subpar for the price paid. Perhaps when ordering from the menu the quality would be better but due to the buffet the food quality was about on par with what you would get at any chain restaurant. For $65 dollars I would expect an omelet bar or something made fresh however it was 100% warming trays.

    It was Mothers Day. It was hot and humid. Thank goodness we were seated inside. The food and drinks were good. Solid 4 stars there, but that’s where it ends. They only have Valet, but we drove up and the valet was no where to be found. So, we parked in an empty space. My husband was completely planning on walking up to ask the valet if that was ok, when he got all horsey with him for parking in the only spot that was left. So, we understood and asked if he wanted us to move it. He said it was ok to leave it there, but we had to give him our keys anyway. 😂 we ended up tipping him because they work all day in the heat and we just did, but why be like that if you were going to park it there anyway? We walked in and were seated immediately for our reservation. It was HOT in there. Not a pleasant temperature at all. Our waitress was not rude, but definitely not friendly or eager. Maybe she was tired or frustrated. It was a brunch buffet. $65/person, plus whatever u drank. We ordered a bottle of champagne, a couple of mimosas and 2 margaritas. So, our bill was in the mid-high $300’s. Over $400 with tip for 4 of us. The buffet was OUTSIDE under a white tent and there were flies everywhere. I wonder how many ended up in the chocolate fountain. The food was only luke warm because it was uncovered. Overrated/overpriced for a brunch buffet in my opinion. Plus, with a side of meh service and a warm dining room. Maybe just go there when it’s not a buffet. Maybe the food would be awesome freshly cooked and the dining room would be cooler if people weren’t walking out to get food? Idk.

    I just had Mother's day brunch at Jacoby's. It was a $65 per person buffet and it was very disappointing. The location is great, the restaurant vibe is great. The selection of food on the buffet was worth maybe $20 per person. There was waffles with no syrup, biscuits with gravy but no butter, and only 1 choice was at all complex (shrimp and grits which was very watery and cold). I could go on. There was a good supply of desserts, but that is really all. I will not recommend this restaurant.

    Our steaks tasted like they were boiled…. Ha I’m sure they weren’t, but for that “market” price I already expected it to be charred. I’ve had better steak at Luby’s. The shrimp and grits were amazing. Way better than any of the other dishes.

    Great place to bring out-of-town guests for brunch. Keep in mind that a lot of the seating is outdoors under a covered patio with fans. It gets pretty warm after an hour or so of mid-day dining. There were also loads of flies that we were constantly shooing away. One kamikazed into my beer, but the server replaced it for free. Nice! Our server, Fry, was amazing. Attentive but laid back. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is incredible. One of the table favorites was the chicken migas plate. Lots of kids options, too. Lastly, the view overlooking the river is the cherry on top of the experience. Beautiful view and very "Austin."

    Been wanting to go for a while based on friend's recommendation. Was not disappointed. From the valet, to 5th e hosts and servers, everyone was professional, courteous and just had great personality. Chelsea was just 2 days in as a server there, but she was great. Food was very good. The bone in ribeye was delicious.

    Came for a birthday. We ordered our food and then all but one dish came out. It took about 15 minutes for the final dish to come out, so by the time all dishes were out and everyone began eating, the food was cold.

    We had a fabulous brunch with recommendations from our server. We shared a delicious oversized biscuit, and pimento grits. We each had the brisket hash, which was amazing and more food than we could eat. There is a charming little shop in the entrance and the staff was attentive. Do make reservation’s, the day we went they had no availability for walk ins.

    One of the best steak frites I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and salted across the board. So flavorful. But it was really the service that made the night. Thanks to Amanda and your whole staff for being so great. Excellent service, top notch steak. Big thanks!

    While the food and service were excellent, we felt the price for the Easter brunch was a tad pricey given that Mimosas weren't included. May want to alter the options and price for next year. Overall, terrific and Tyler was a dream.

    I love this place. I would come here even if the food were crappy. Usually the food is great, but tonight mine was cold and was just kind of "okay." The BBQ meatloaf was a little dry and the garlic potatoes were hard (probably because they were cold). Staff is always super friendly and our service was good.

    Had the most perfect Sunday Bruch on Jacoby's patio with amazing food and drinks. Our server Tyler M was the best. She was friendly, made some really amazing recommendations, attentive, asked great questions to make sure our orders were to our liking. Highly recommend:)

    Drinks were great, ambience was great, service was great. The steak dishes needed a bit more salt and flavor. We tried the cheeseburger, steak frites, and sirloin. The shrimp & grits were delicious. Surprising since they are supposed to be known for their beef. Overall, we had a good experience but pass the salt please!

    The staff were all very friendly but there was not enough space at the bar seating and walk-up patrons were crowding me while I ate dinner. The pineapple jalapeño cocktail tasted like ranch water with a salt rim that tasted like chili cheese Fritos. Shrimp and grits were amazing, though.

    Enjoyed our meal here; love the decor and ambiance of this place! Just a word to the wise, the indoor bar area section can be very loud my table mates preferred inside due to the wind situation that day but it had died down by the time we arrived. The outside ambiance is uber chic, a casual fun vibe overlooking the Colorado River that melds perfectly with the Ranch To Table concept Started with beef stuffed rolls Husband found rolls a little to sweet for his taste, enjoyed the deviled eggs (worth the extra $$ for the bacon) my Meatloaf sauce again a bit on the sweet side, our guest had the cheeseburger & fries & thoroughly enjoyed it. My Old Fashion cocktail was good-we happened to hit it on a Wednesday which offered great HH specials on drinks & Apps. Will definitely keep this one on our list!
