   Server was inexperienced. Took forever to get drinks, some things didn’t arrive at all. Food was tasty but prices have gone up with portions going down. Meh.

   Ambience and energy was solid. Service was good. Four meals, 2 were outstanding and the other two were poor, tasteless and overpriced. Two extra meals had to be ordered because the portions were child like. 130$ later and we all went home disappointed and hungry LOL. If we are to return to Jack's, it would be at the bar, for a drink and an entree. But not for a meal. Staff were great though. Food, not so much.

   Although I did enjoy my meal, I noticed that the food selection had diminished quite a bit and the prices were up exponentially. I guess that's a sign of the times, but I would have liked to see some of the older items on the menu. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

   We had an awesome experience at Jack’s! The food is amazing for a chain, much better than other restaurants at Centrum. Great value as well, portions were large and we all had our meals and a drink for under $150 for 4 people. We all really enjoyed our meals and our servers were so attending and kind. Very pleasant staff! We will be back :)

   Server was very friendly , busy Friday night so drink and food were slow coming but overall very satisfied. Noticed quite a difference in pricing since the last time we were there but realize it’s all over.

    The food was excellent. Kids loved their plates as much as the grown ups did! Service was awesome as well, really can't complain. Great place for food before the hockey game!

    Although our party of 4 went on a Saturday night, we didn't expect to have to shout to hear each other in a restaurant area after 8pm (measured 70 db). There was no IPA beer. No specialty coffee. 2 of main course meals unavailable. We were told by the waitree not to order the coffee...to go to Starbucks.

    I went there before a show at the Canadian Tire Centre. Fast service, tasty foods and our waitress was great. Before to see a show or a game, it’s the place to be.

    Our server was fantastic! Didn't just talk to you when you are paying your bill, but engaged with us throughout our meal. I do find it a bit noisy especially since it wasn't packed but I could still here my friends fine so that's really just a personal note. Overall, it was very good!

    I highly recommend Jack Astor's restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is welcoming and eager to see you have the most enjoyable visit., and they have the most awesome menu for people who are Gluten-free. Jack Astor's is our go too Restaurant now, and life is good. Try it, you'll love it. Bon Appetit!

    We went for a date night, the first in a couple years. The service was great and food was delicious. Sure, Jack Asters is a chain restaurant but didn’t have cheap reheated food you’d come to expect.

    We ordered the Mushroom Truffle Cheeseburger and the Thai Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Bowl. Burger was super messy (and we couldn't find our server to get extra napkins) and one of the patties was undercooked so I didn't even eat it. The chicken in the stir fry was HARD! Both dishes were very disappointing. And so was the service. Our server never came back to check on us after bringing us our meals. Next time we saw her was when we were able to flag her down to get our bill. That is 2 disappointing dinners at Jack Astor's in a week. Don't think we will be rushing back there for a while. It's too bad because my family and friends used to love this place!

    Food was delicious & service was fantastic! Onoy disappointment was my husband's Asiago chicken bow ties was on the cool side. It was extremely busy Saturday night so we didn't sent back the meal, as we wanted to enjoy our meal together. Definitely go back again

    It looks like they got a new menu, and unfortunately, we were a bit underwhelmed :(. We ordered a salad and a new chicken sandwich, neither of which were great. The salad wasn't as described on the menu, and most of the lettuce was starting to rust, so not the freshest. The sandwich was ok, but nothing too exciting. My daughter loved her chicken fingers from the kids menu :). The service was very friendly, and their new app was prettly slick (ordering refills on our own, and paying directly).

    Called ahead to ask if their patio was dog friendly and were told yes and made a reservation. Showed up and were told we had to tie up our four month old puppy 20feet away off the the side of the patio. This is not what I call dog-friendly and we certainly weren’t tying our french bulldog pup off the patio and out of our site. Disappointing as any other options were booked up by this time on a Saturday evening and we were traveling so our options were also limited.

    Food was cold, the lemon wedge was rock hard and dry. I was pretty sick at about 2am. It’s my first bad meal at a Jack’s.

    Went to Jack’s for a graduation lunch and enjoyed a great meal on the patio. Chipotle steaks a very tasty dish with the loaded baked potato. Sat on the patio, which was excellent

    Food was just ok Bill was expensive for quality My steak was mostly fat Our male server was very nice But others brought our food and just dropped and ran off So and we kept having to ask for things Like salt and pepper, ketchup, And at one point I asked for dressing on my balsamic dressing for my salad and was brought greek dressing. We made a reservation and checked in with hostess We were seated next kitchen so it was high traffic area, noises area and also near take out area and bathrooms Then when I got home I rec’d an email on open table saying we never showed up for our reservation?
