We love it here. Every year, when we come to Mexico we look forward to our visit to INTI. The music was a little louder this year, making it harder to talk at the table. We love the music, but it could be little less intrusive. Overall - 5 Stars.

You come here for the vibes. You get a beautiful ocean view, a DJ is usually spinning tropical house, in the evenings you'll see fire throwers (I kid you not), and you even can get a massage if you'd like. While the food is good, it is WAY, WAY overpriced for what it is. My friend and I got an order of lobster tacos and one margarita each, and our bill was over $100 USD. This was after being ignored by the waiter all night - we literally had to stand up and wave our arms around after waiting 15 minutes to be greeted when we sat down. On top of that, upon dropping the check, the waiter will make sure to, very assertively remind you that "tip is not included" (customary in this area, I know). I would only ever go here if I did not give a damn about cost or timely service and just wanted to sip a margarita, if I was okay with waiting 20 minutes for it to arrive. Overall it's an overpriced tourist trap.

The appetizers were good; specially the salmon ceviche and the lobster tacos. However, our seafood rice was extremely salty. Also the rice on another of the dishes was undercooked and the salmon with quinoa was dry. The drinks were fine. This is an expensive restaurant and the quality of the food was not good. There are other places in Playa that are better than this restaurant.

My lady and I had a late dinner on the beach while on vacation. The place is chill and laid back. But the service was I little slower, but that didn’t bother us as we had nowhere to go afterwards. It is not a quick service place. Drinks were exotic and the fried red snapper was fresh and bang on! We enjoyed the INTI and would return for another chill dinner. Cheers.

The service was very bad, we’re waiting for 25 min for the waiter to arrive after sitting. The steak I ordered was rubbery and the overall food was very mediocre. The only good thing about this place is the ambiance other than that there is much better choices

Incredible atmosphere thanks to the NEXT LEVEL MUSIC from the dj and service talent. It’s located right on the beach shore with little fire pits and fire show performance. Hands down, the best place in Playa so far!

We went twice while in Playa Del Carmen. Great location and ability to stick your toes in the sand while eating, fab! I had a Quiqua risotto with shrimp, wonderful. My daughter had a Peruvian meat & veggie dish which was excellant. Mojitos were just a wee bit above average. Overall, a wonderful adventure on the beach.

Anniversary trip to Playa del Carmen. Ambiance was good. Beach location was nice as well. Service was great. Our ceviche was ok. We had ceviche a total of 6 times during our trip and it wasn’t bad, but we had some at more exclusive restaurants which were much better. Drinks were good. We would definitely return.

Went for anniversary. Very accommodating excellent service. The food was very good . Fire dancers on the sand. Need to note.. only entrance is from the beach. Music is very loud but worth the trouble to eat right in the sand . We did the lobster and ribeye.

On vacation and saw the open table reviews. Thought I would give it a try. I ordered the shrimp ceviche as appetizer. It was just cooked shrimp in a sauce. Tasty, but it was not ceviche. I also ordered the rice with duck. “Arroz con Plato”. It was most definitely beef and not duck. It took forever to come out of the kitchen so we asked for it to go. It was not until I had it later, for dinner, that I realized it was not duck. Very disappointed. Would not go back again.

Great food and ambiance but the food took ages to arrives. We waited an hour from ordering our dinner to receiving it even though we were one of two tables. Waiter was lovely though.
