Second time at Indaco. And the food was super good. We got the burrata, orecchiette and pork chop. Our server Leila took really good care of us. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other things on the menu!

Let me start off by saying that the wine glasses had a egg smell to them I saw our waitress take a wine glass that was literally cloudy off another table i had order pizza the curst was all back and burnt the waitress had someone come to the table she said that they could remake it but my mother and i had already ate one slice each which where the only two slices that was not burnt she said that the oven is set to 1000 degrees and thats why there is no way to control that here at this point I'm thinking all the other pizzerias in town that have the oven style and this has not ever happened to us anywhere else as other tables order pizzas i saw that there pizza was also black and burnt crust i dont see how people eat just anything my mother order pasta which the portion in the bowl is differently over priced the waitress did not ask her how she would like her pasta they made it al diente my mother had to sent it back it took forever them to bring it back I did try a bit myself didn't have anything to rave about the menú itself does not have alot of opinions so I figured that food since they said that all pasta and pizza dough was all house made sorry to say if you are Italian or have ltalian decent and really know how Italian food taste is differently not here overall the waitress was friendly but management and other staff associates seem to be snobby and got that feeling like they don't care and we caterer to certain individuals

The overall experience was pretty good and I will definitely return. The parking situation is not great but that’s no fault of Indaco, just the difficulties of growth within the Southend CLT area. Our server, Michael, was great. The table mimosa is a must! The food was delicious but the temperature of the food was not as hot as o would have liked it. Our favorite item was the carmelized onion pizza, definitely recommend. We also had steak and eggs.

We were in town for my boyfriend’s work convention, also his bday. So we wanted a night out to celebrate. Super cool location and restaurant. We really liked the vibe. One thing that we didn’t like was we were unable to order an appetizer ahead of time. The server told us we have to put our whole order in at once. That was weird to us. We would have liked to order our app, have our cocktail, then order our meal.

I travel often to many different cities and this was one of our least pleasant experiences. Service was extremely inattentive. Our order was taken and still We had to ask a food runner later for water. Appetizer came out before our iced teas. I asked 3 times for salt before getting it after we finished the app. Our meals took so long to come I went inside to ask to cancel it so we could just leave. They brought it out and said sorry they burned the first pizza. The one they brought was really burnt all on the crust, like black and the center was mushy. The flavors were good but it was covered in a thick mayo tasting sauce. A lot less sauce could’ve made it better but still. Really disappointing. My pasta tasted reheated. And still no one came back to check us until we were almost finished where I requested the check. Zero concession was made on it for how long we had to wait. We are here with nascar and nbc often but we will not be recommending this anytime soon unfortunately. Looked promising but can’t deliver.

Great find in the Southend while in town for an event. Like most places, looks as if they were slightly understaffed but everyone worked together to provide a great experience. Food was excellent!

Second time here and it was disappointing. Not sure if understaffed but we waited 10 minutes for a server to bring us our order. Scallops were undercooked and fishy, bruschetta bread was soft and soggy, pastas mediocre. Table of 3 beside us was sitting before we got there and had just gotten their food when we left - were offered shots for their patience. Was hoping this time would be better than the first but would not come back or recommend based on this experience.

From the time I walked up to the hostess, and I had a reservation both ladies were not all that pleasant? “I overlooked that” once I was able to sit down everything was going well until our waitress dropped the shot glass and the glass shattered into one of my friends salad ( they never offered another). My pizza came to the table with a fly on it (uncooked) however they did make another. It took so long to come they gave it to me in a Togo box. Once the bill came the manager and waitress completely messed up what everyone had to the point my credit card was charged $180.00 for a pizza, glass of wine, and 5 $9 shots. There was no apology only an excuse. The establishment was pretty and if given great customer service you could have enjoyed the food. We stayed in character because we were there to celebrate, however WE WILL NEVER RETURN or recommend to anyone.

Everything from apps to desserts was incredible. We got the focaccia and prosciutto board to start and then we split the asparagus pizza and a few different pastas. Amazing. Then the gelato at the end was amazing. Cocktails were great especially the espresso martinis

The food and atmosphere were nice, but prices are high for the subpar service we got. Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple charcuterie board. Wasn’t overly impressed this visit, but may give it another try in the future.

The menu was a bit limited but the offerings were good and the portions were agreeable. The green salad was delicious and the focaccia appetizer is a must. It's a busy restaurant in bustling SouthEnd. Definitely will go again. Great location, good food and good service.
