A bit bummed because this is my favorite place in all of Cancun. It was a slow night and the service started off fantastic then most of the waters went missing for awhile. We had a party of 6 and spent $400 but I’m sure it’s because we weren’t ordering expensive tequila or something. We had 4 teenagers with us so we weren’t going wild tonight.

I have been going to Ilios since it opened and also every time I visit Cancun and I have noticed a decrease in quality both in food and service. I decided to give it another try this month and I was so disappointed that I will not return again. Service was awful, food was cold and they didn’t have three of the wine bottles we ordered. The thing is, in Cancun, there are at least 20 other good restaurant options with great food, service and a show to choose from, so you don’t need to go to this overpriced place!

Comida regular, musica y show son turcos no griegos, tragos malos. El mesero te obliga a dejar una reseña en trip advisor mientras te ve para presionar y que pongas 5 estrellas. Por eso el lugar tiene reviews tan altos.

You don't go to Ilios for the food! Ilios is a wonderful experience with an exceptional show and beautifully decorated interior. The plate breaking is fun and I love the bracelets at the end. That said, the food is consistently terrible and has been each time I've tried it. This time, I went in only for appetizers! The hummus had no flavor or texture and was far worse than grocery store hummus, which is unfortunate for a Mediterranean restaurant. I also ordered a short rib kabob and it was absolutely gross. I can still taste it the next day. For such high prices, Ilios needs to up its game and hire some chefs to create an appetizing menu!

Fabulous evening with great service, amazing food, spectacular sunset, wonderful atmosphere, and an amazing vibe. Lucky to have Abisai and Eduardo provide excellent service throughout the evening. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was outstanding and the music/dancing was just perfect. Illios is a must dining experience.

En escala de 1 al 10 Comida 8 de 10, nada espectacular en sabor Cocteles 8 de 10, gran presentación, pero en sabor nada fuera de lo normal Servicio 10 de 10, los meseros y atención en general impecable Ambiente y show 12 de 10, nada que decir, supero mis expectativas Musica 12 de 10, el Dj es un fenómeno, tocó increíblemente toda la noche, me mantuvo prendido toda la noche Vista y arquitectura 15 de 10, sin palabras, cada rincón tiene algo para tomarse la foto, impresionante lugar Es muy costoso, si la comida fuese increíble en sabor no tendría problema en pagar lo que pague, para una ocasión especial esta perfecto, no para ir a comer un día normal

Fuimos mi esposa y yo, nos preguntaron en la entrada que festejamos, dijimos mi cumpleanos, no sabemos para que, porque no paso nada. Pedi un platillo de Ribeye, y mi esposa pollo. Para empezar nos llevaron un pan duro incomible, que por supuesto no se toco. Los 2 platillos de 'muy buen precio' sin sabor, aparte de completamente solos en el plato, nos dejo mal sabor de boca. Nos sentaron en un tipo pasillo, porque es la pasada de la gente que va entrando/saliendo, al igual que la de personal de servicio. Ahi se sienten las pisadas tan desagradable que prefieres irte para no volver. Es una pena porque el concepto esta bonito, con vista a la laguna, y el show bien al igual que el servicio, pero si esta evaluado 5 estrellas hay que poner mas atencion al Chef, y a la comodidad de los comensales; Nada que ver con Harry's.

Muy buen lugar, espectacular, una mesa no en buen estado, se movía mucho y por mas que la calzaron no pudieron ajustarla, el corte que pedí no era tan bueno, estaba algo duro, las empanadas de espinacas riquísimas, pídanlas de entrad, la pasta muy buena, pero no tenia mucho sabor la crema que la cubría, la atención al 100 portento muy amables, atentos, rapidos y mucha empatía y nobleza por parte de los trabajadores del lugar, muchas gracias

Fine dining. We made reservation 2 days before. When we arrived it was still very slow. They would not seat us with a view even though there were many tables open. Ordered 2 salads 1 app and 2 entrees. We were drinking water. The 2 entrees that I pointed to on the menu were 420pes. They however cuanged it to the ones that were 1600pes. Ok. So we ordered beef and ordered same temp medium. Wifes was medium and tender. Mine was more luke med well and well in ither places. They tried to fix and brought our anorher one that was more on the rare side since they tried to cook so fast. Meal with tip was over $300 dollars. Service was excellent. Value not good. I take dinner for two on south beach any day and have great food and drinks and pay half.

This place felt like a fever dream. If overstimulation is your idea of a fun time this may be the place for you. After choosing a meal by pressure of the hovering, seemingly endless amount of staff the lights went out and a show began. Belly dancers, people walking around with fire, and club music drowned out any possible conversation. The food arrived when we couldn’t see and it was mediocre at best. The saying less is more just kept coming to mind. If you’re expecting a place that focuses on quality ingredients and a culinary experience look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place to be overstimulated by so many things happening at the same time you can’t have one clear thought this is the place for you.

I’ve dined at this location twice. The first time (2022) was a wonderful experience. The Dj played a lot of Greek music This recent experience did not meet the same expectation. The dj played 2 Greek songs. The rest of the music was middle eastern EDM and other mixes Since this is a Greek restaurant you’d think the theme would and should be Greek and it’s anything but. Not sure if Anderson group wants to steer away from “Greek” and more towards middle easter. The food was good but not great The wine list for Greek wines had only 3 to choose from and they were only red! Not sure if that’s due to importing issues or lack of supply/planning. Overall 3/5 which is a stark contrast to my previous rating.

Great family dinner experience. Our servers Aaron and Jesi were a great team and super attentive. Every food dish we ordered was superb- ilios chips, yellowfin tuna sashimi, spanikopita, meatballs, Dover sole, rack of lamb, assorted ice creams and the flourless chocolate cake. Disappointed because they removed or changed several menu items. Including discontinuing my favorite item. This used to be our favorite restaurant in Cancun and we used to visit it several times per week during our 5 week per year visits, looks like maybe once per year, if that often will be more than enough in the future.
