This place never fails to come up trumps. It has a lively atmosphere and attentive staff. Keeping your glass full and your need served always. importantly, the food is always first class and it would just about be my favourite Italian restaurant in Melbourne.

Everything was excellent. Greeted as welcome friends. Service was the best anywhere. Staff were always monitoring for diner assistance and comfort. Then they provided the best Italian food out of Italy. Fresh food done just right. So good, I will be choosing this restaurant as my first choice next time in Melbourne. Bellissimo, bravo.

Whilst the linguine with seafood and the farfalle pasta were good, the amatriciana was nothing like the traditional pasta from Amatrice that one would expect from your restaurant: the shape of the pasta was wrong, fusilli instead of spaghetti, the guanciale (bacon) was overcooked, fresh tomatoes should have been used and not some sort of thick dark tomatoes sauce! Your chef should take notice!

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we were greeted by the lovely gentleman, to the moment we left for the theatre. Unfortunately the couple we were meeting were held up in traffic and arrived 10 minutes before we had to leave. Their food was waiting for them (with lids to keep it warm). Coordinated perfectly timing wise. I could not have asked for a more friendly, efficient and professional waiter. And the food was delicious. We will be coming back. Thank you.

The staff are always welcoming & professional!Their service is prompt & helpful with any questions. As for the food,well,it is absolutely delicious! I don’t know where you could find better!Excellent range on the drinks menu. The atmosphere is wonderful & has the buzz of a good restaurant in Italy!

We ate in the "bistro " area and the ambience was great. Everything was terrific, service was spot on, food on the plate plentiful and tasty and came out quickly after ordering. My martini was perfectly balanced ( 3 olives on request) . The meal was reasonably priced and overall a very nice place to go for a quick meal or a longer get together.
