It was a very good Resturant however extremely expensive , and moreover the toilets where very dirty And all three cabins didn’t look clean and tidy , I didn’t expect to pay 800 AED and to have Resturant with such dirty TOILETS

Came into the restaurant with the opentable reservation and they didn’t have me written down. They told me they will give me a table like if they where doing me a favor, when I had reservation. Then they kicked me from the table because “they needed it”. This is not my first time in Hurons, this WAS one of my favorite restaurants but no more after last night experience.

We were expecting very high standards, as we heard many positive recommendations from our friends and also so good feedback in the Michelin Guide. But... We had a prior reservation for Valentine's Day and because of heavy traffic, we arrived 15 minutes late at 7:45PM. The warm welcome, of the reception was "You only have a table until 9:30PM, but we try to make it longer". "Thank you I guess?" We ended up at a bar/coffee table which was too low and the seats made our legs fell to sleep, so we really didn't needed it until 9.30 - at least that was solved.... The table was that small that it could not hold the amount of food and plates they served us, so I decided to park the water bottle on the floor.(Also kicked it down several times.. They recommended their Valentine's day set menu which is at the low price of 990.- AED for two persons. Good it's valentines we thought - why not.... The menu was underwhelming for us, except for the Wok Tossed Beef Tenderloin and somewhat good at that day Peking Duck. We heard it's the best in town - but we had the feeling the Restaurant was overwhelmed with the number of guests and the massive table didn't help either, so maybe that's why the food was not that exciting.. The real positive side was the services itself they are excellent, Table management not that much. Overall, we had not a happy valentine here - the good news it was rescued by a nice Venue we went afterward.. Our feedback to the table reservation about the terrible table and its experience seemed not being paid attention to - so we decided to write this review... PS. The Valet service is also outstanding!!! - We think we try it again with selected food and on a not busy day....

Had big expectations before visiting this place... We've ordered 5-6 dishes, but are not satisfied with none of them. Other things like service, music, and alike are good enough. Overall 3 out of 5, and I wouldn't recommend..

I was treating my mom for a nice dinner on her last night in Dubai, and Hutong didn’t disappoint. From the entrance, you can feel the warmth of the place, nicely decorated patio (unfortunately not opened yet) and a welcoming reception. Once we walked in, we were overwhelmed by the loud music (I just didn’t expect it), which made it a bit hard to talk. Service was excellent, they would promptly approach us if I turn my head looking for someone 😊. The food was all amazing, we had: Hutong Prawn Roll: very generous portion, rich filling Wagyu Beef Millefeuille: bursting with flavor, soft flaky shell Roasted Peking Duck with Pancakes: nicely prepared by the table, great flavor but would have preferred the duck shredded rather than sliced. They serve the rest of the duck meat with lettuce leave cup which wasn’t my favorite as had a lot of capsicum so couldn’t taste the duck. All in all, it was a great dinner, a bit on the expensive side but worth every penny.

Impressive neighborhood in the shadow of the Dubai Museum of the Future, our Hutong dining experience starting with the winding zen path to the entrance where we were greeted and seated efficiently. The opening cocktail served with a Hutong logo ice cube impressed our important business dinner guest so two points scored before dinner! The signature Peking duck was simply outstanding from presentation to taste for our first course followed by fantastic crispy eggplant, wagyu fried rice and second course duck with lettuce wraps. Staff were friendly and helpful and delighted us throughout the evening. A new favorite!

It was my birthday and we booked last minute for their last slot on a Tuesday which was 22:45. 15 minute grace period. Arrived at 11. We were not rushed at all. The food was delicious especially the chicken broth. Lovely ambience and outside seating area. We will be back.

Wonderful evening. The decor and ambience was welcoming, and beautiful. The service was among the best I’ve had in Dubai. Our server Lilian was warm, efficient and knew the menu well and was able to advise us on 2 dishes. It was a special occasion but we will definitely eat here again soon.

Everything we tried here was delicious. We started with an order of dumplings and ended up ordering another one. We also shared a couple of entrees and left full and satisfied. Next time I would try the duck- they carve it right at your table.
