Overall a great experience even if the staff didn’t know we he had reservations but other than that I give it a 8/10 I would recommend

It’s hardly a restaurant, more like booths by the bar. The only staff was a bartender who doubled as a waiter. We were the only restaurant customers and the bar was not crowded but our food was tepid when it arrived.

Service was off- the bartender appeared to be the one who was supposed to be the one would take the orders at the tables as well as be bartending all at the same time. We were on a time table as we were going to a show so I had to ask for someone to come and take my order as it did not appear that we were going to have someone come any time soon. Ordered the chargrilled oysters and they were not very good so disappointed. Also, an incorrect item was sent to our table. So, I had to wait longer to get my meal. However, the manager and the bartender both came to apologize and I was not charged the higher amount for the meal that I had originally ordered- that was very nice!

Beautiful dining room, it’s not obvious from the open table description that it is in the lobby of the Hyatt. Food was very good.

Our server was incredibly rude. He made a point of expressing his distaste for the way my daughter ordered her burger. He tried to remove drinks we were still drinking and food we were still eating. His question was “you done?”. The entire experience with this ride unhappy man was awful. He actuality slid into my booth while my daughter and her friend were in the bathroom to retrieve a glass. Shocked to look up from my phone and see this awful man across from me. I could go on but…

My Boyfriend took me there for Valentines Dinner..I Loved the atmosphere,Servers were Very Nice and I loved the music it was a little late close to closing and the Red Beans were lukewarm but I’m not gonna hold it against them because as I stated it was late!I will be back the fried pork chops and cornbread were Amazing!!

We had a great time! We came in for lunch but it was more a breakfast menu at the time as dinner didn’t start until 5. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was amazing!

As we entered the hotel, the area was full of people naturally, it was New Year’s Eve. There was no one to whom you could address yourself to find out where your table was.the one person who we spoke to did not speak in English, so he was of no use to us. Finally someone at the bar found our table. Service was OK. They tried very hard but I feel like they were overwhelmed. My husband‘s order was a cup of gumbo and a shrimp and grits plate. Mine was a salad and the steak frites. They brought my husband’s starter and entrée to the table at the same time and they brought my salad with all of that and then it took fully 20 minutes to get my entrée out to me and by that time my husband was finished with his now cold entree. They’re gonna have to do better if they’re going to hold big events I’m guessing this is good for small events, but not for New Year’s Eve.
