We had a special birthday planned with my family of five, with mini golf beforehand then reservation for an early dinner that we booked through OpenTable, as was suggested. The restaurant had sold out the dining room to a private party and were readying for them, so no one seemed to be willing or able to help us and after waiting and asking for several minutes we were finally seated outside on the patio - by ourselves and then oromptifirgotten. I had to get up several times to find someone to help us and when our food arrived (at different times so we couldn’t start eating until it all arrived) the food was cold and unappetizing. All the waffle fries were so cold they were inedible. I was embarrassed to have chosen this location to host and celebrate my brother’s birthday! 😡

The food was one step up from McDonald’s. Multiple order mistakes and 25 minutes to get burgers and salads.

DO NOT EAT HERE Me and my girlfriend went to try this place out on a Thursday so it was relatively slow. We haven’t ate the whole day and we were excited to try this spot. Unfortunately our server was not as excited, for it seems like she was already having a lousy day. Like i said it was very slow and there were only two tables yet she barely came to check on us. The bartenders had to even step in and do her service FOR her because she wasn’t even checking on us, instead she announced to the whole restaurant “YES IM CUT” as in she’s being sent home for the day. Also, when she took our orders i was asking questions and she was smirking and giggling as if they were stupid questions. Like I’m sorry this is my first time here and i didn’t know how the menu worked? And on top of that, she messed up our order, but she will never know because she didn’t check on us and i had to walk up to the bartender near by to resolve the issue, only for her to come much later to ask if we were okay LOL. Looks like they put all their money to the golf side which was fun i can’t lie, but the people working there are a bunch of college acting kids who don’t know how to give customers a good experience.

This place is perfect for a family outing, team building or a date night. They had excellent customer service, the decor was interesting and funny, and the games were fun! Wear clothing you can move in.

We had reservations for a party of 11. When we got there we were told they overbooked and told us to wait while they figured it out. We waited 15 minutes and were then told they could put us in the other restaurant or in a secluded karaoke room. We promptly left and were so disappointed!

It took over 40 mins to receive our food and we got our food before our drinks, the manager walked over with a body language of intimidation saying his server was crying when I saw walking and laughing so overall this place sucked waist of time never going back and not recommending, I recommend going to the bar Louie in tustin instead
