My husband and I have meals here several times a year. We especially enjoy Tuesday Trivia Night! This past experience was underwhelming. Not only did the waitstaff seem too eager to have us make a decision on what to order, I felt their timing was off. They would ask us frequently how we were doing much more than we are accustomed to, and it would be during when the Trivia announcement was at important questions and answers. It made our night less fun. Food was served quickly, but the plates were not removed from our table as quickly. In addition, with all the checking in with our table no one poured water into our glasses the entire evening. Luckily , at the beginning of the evening the waitstaff gave us additional glasses of water.

Patio seating was nice, love that option. Food was average. Salad was great but impossible burger was overcooked and mushrooms were cold and shriveled. Bun was dry. Chicken sandwich was just ok. Bun was super dry and small. Fry portions were quite small and basic freezer steak fries. For the cost, I have had much better.

We ate on the patio as the weather was nice. We had a young male waiter who was very personable. We had the Haddock which was delicious with brussel sprouts. Great atmosphere. Nice selection of reasonable food in good setting. Would recommend.

Service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes and was never acknowledged until speaking to manager. Drinks took another 15 minutes to come out. Food was mediocre.

Service was the worst part of our visit. Drinks were good and food was ok but overpriced. We had to bus our own table to make room after appetizers. We had to track down our server to get refills and to ask for additional items after meals were delivered. The noise level was very high and didn’t make a good atmosphere for conversation during dinner. Since we had 5 adults and one 3 year old we were automatically charged 18% tip. Definitely disappointed in the entire experience. Won’t return.

We went for Father's Day. Had a reservation and we had our table in a few minutes upon arrival. The food was good and the service was good as well. The fun part is that there are board games kids could play till the food came which was nice.

Food was great love the atmosphere servers could’ve been a little more responsive, but they were very helpful but it was just some weights for them to come around but other than that great menu great Environment right in Halcyon I will definitely be back
