   We wanted an early supper after a very busy Saturday at the convention center, and Henley on Grace was the perfect spot. I got a salad and added grilled salmon, and it was tasty, fresh and delightful. My husband got a bowl of the evening's soup special, roasted red pepper, and he said it was amazing. He also got the meatball appetizer, which was generous and delicious. Bread and butter came out quickly with our glasses of wine. And we couldn't resist sharing a limoncello cake, which was light and refreshing, with some decaf coffee. Our server was a charming young woman. Next time we're in Richmond, we'll plan to come back here!

   Henley on Grace is always a wonderful experience. They take pride in their service and food. The food is always delicious. Their wine selection is outstanding and everything is available by the glass. I am already looking forward to my next dining experience.

   Amazing food and great atmosphere. We were there for a sporting event and the staff and GM were great. Their soups were also superb. Would highly recommend.

   Charming establishment. We had 7 seated at round table by window. Very attentive waiter. The bread before the meal was fabulous and had butter on side. We each ordered different items and each were delicious. The drinks were tasty (especially that tiramisu drunk). We shared 2 slices pistachio ricotta cake - 2-3 spoonfuls each. Just great. They were able to do separate checks. We got street parking and paid. Go visit!

   This is a very nice restaurant. I can’t think of another place where all the wine on the list is available by the glass ! I had a very nice Gavi with my meal. Also very comfortable seating. Definitely worth a try

    We had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing from appetizer through dessert. Service impeccable. William, the general manager, stopped by our table to make sure our experience was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back. Our new favorite restaurant 😊

    I have dined there several times—always good but this dinner was outstanding. Salads are interesting and creative. The tuna entree was the best treatment I have ever had. Good bread that was replenished. One of very few Sunday night openings. Cozy and quiet enough for conversation—a must in this case.

    Food was delicious! Definitely try the biscuits with gravy. We were there for brunch. Restaurant is gorgeous and has a great vibe. My elderly mom is on a low salt diet and it can be tricky finding her options. The waiter and kitchen were so accommodating and went out of their way so she could have a special meal.

    This is a great spot - the menu and the wines are curated nicely, the food prep is terrific, the menu is seasonal and the selections well thought out. Great date night spot, close to the Carpenter Theater, A great gem on Grace! Given its size, reservations are highly recommended.

    My vocabulary is inadequate to describe the seafood pasta. The. texture of the pasta was perfect, and the seafood was among the best I've ever tasted. Obviously, Henley on Grace places a high importance on the quality of the food, and it is evident in this dish. Oh the sauce! While not overpowering, the sauce in the seafood pasta was so flavorful and made this dish unique and exceptional. The bread was savory and a nice addition to the meal. The limoncello cake was delightfully rich with a perfect texture and flavor. My husband and I went to HOG for a celebratory meal, and from the waitstaff, to the chef, to the owner, to the exceptional meal, we were thrilled with the experience.

    What a delightful find. The manager/all the things (ask him for a card) was charming, the wait staff was warm and supportive of our food allergies. We had the gluten-free calamari, which was crisp and lovely. We also had the salmon, duck, and scallops which were flavorful and tender. The most fun was the the extensive wine list, where everything is by the glass. We explored varietals we’d never had a chance to try and the amateur vintner in our group was delighted. The perfect dinner on a convention evening.

    If you want to have an intimate relaxing experience, I highly recommend Henley on Grace. The staff was personable and this quaint restaurants atmosphere feels as though you are enjoying a good meal with friends. The food was perfectly seasoned. Everything felt organic. Two things are important to me when eating out. The first is good food and second is an amazing staff. We lucked out at Henley on Grace. Thank you for making our Anniversary a memorable one.

    Food was delicious, service was great - teamwork from all employees, loved the space, chef was flexible with requests from 8 year old, and owner was lovely. Highly recommend when in Richmond. Would come again for sure!

    We have been here for dinner and brunch a few times. Every time it has been an enjoyable experience. The owner is always there and he walks the tables to ensure great service. Love the wine selection and that so many are available by the glass.

    If you're in Richmond, you need to dine here. From the decor: brick walls, tin ceiling, paintings, the food: fabulous, the wine list: over 100 wines by the glass, the wait staff ( thanks Jodi!) this is not an experience to be missed. Make a reservation; the place will fill up quickly. It was one of my finest dining experiences!

    Arrived on time for our reservation. I was told there would be at least a one hour wait. As we had tickets for a concert that started only an hour and a half later, we had to leave.

    The food and service was outstanding. The crab cake special was fabulous - may want to add that to the menu. Daniele our server was so pleasant and helpful and offered wonderful suggestions. Definitely going back.

    Cute space, but the music was too loud for the coziness of the place. Additionally, the music didn’t match the space. We ate around lunch time and the music was very loud plus it was a screaming alternative music. For that space a gentler music would be more appreciated by all customers.

    Wonderful food and service! Best scallops I’ve ever had. Friendly helpful staff. A little noisy because of the small space but in general able to hold a conversation without raising your voice. Absolutely will go back!!!

    The seafood pasta was OUTSTANDING. Other members of my party had the vegetarian mushroom and scallops and they loved their meals. Do notice the GF calamari. Our Waiter was very knowledgeable about wine and recommended a wonderful white bordeaux. It was the best meal We have had in Richmond in a long time We will definitely be back!

    First visit here. Planned to get wine but ended up with tiramisu martini’s which were absolutely delicious!! Our server was great and friendly. The owner William pulled up a chair and chatted with us awhile. He made us laugh and was very welcoming. We plan to go back !!!

    First time here and absolutely loved it! The salmon was cooked perfectly. Crispy skin and juicy, flaky fish. Daughter liked the tuna dish. And hubby had the vegetarian mushroom dish with meatballs on the side. He loved every bit of it. Cannot wait to try it again soon.
