   The service was poor, the guy was rushing us to order , not being helpful, and then removing the plates before finishing our food without asking! The food was overcooked, mushy pasta and dried rice. The music and the people atmosphere was good. Very price for what they offered.

   We were sat in the back for outdoor seating and there were lots of birds, it was also the place where they take the dirty glasses etc. The food and drinks were great. Server ignored us a few times It’s unfortunate that even with a reservation we got the worst table but I guess someone has to sit there

   Staff was very friendly and we had warmly welcome. We did a late reservation at the last minute, it was no problem! Service was very good overall!

   The food was amazing! Every dish was exceptional! We started with ceviche and fruity mojitos. Both delicious. My husband had the sampler and I had the Vaca Frita. Every bite was better than the last. Amazing food. Service was slow, but otherwise, a great experience. Would definitely come back.

   Our waiter didn’t tell us that a tip was built into the check. He intentionally did not show us the detail, gave me the total, and asked me to add an additional tip. Not surprisingly, he didn’t give me copy of my receipt. Be careful, as it was a clever but deceptive trick. Also, service was very slow and they didn’t acknowledge having our reservation from OpenTable so we had to wait.

    Alex greeted us with a lovely smile and genuine pleasant demeanor. The entrees came very quickly and were sooo delicious we couldn’t wait for the mains. All the round everything was fantastic and Alex made sure we were well taken care of throughout. Will be back! 5 star!

    Would definitely recommend the Tropical cerviche was so fresh & delicious and so was the mango mojito-signature chicken was dry. Go to lil Havana for authentic Cuban food.

    Server was so rude! We have been to this restaurant several times before….this was the first time se encountered such an impolite server. She was not interested in our questions and forgot to check on us after ordering. Was so rude…didnt even say bye when we left!

    The food was overpriced for what it was. It wasn’t worth it. The server also told me that there’s an automatic 20% charge which I assumed was tip. She told me that only 8% was going to her and that the rest was going to the restaurant. I thought this was awful so I added more for her tip. I’m not sure if this is a real practice or she was lying to me. Either way it made me upset and I will not be returning there.

    What a wondering Cuban spot. The Terrace was great place for people watching and you have plenty of room for drinks and food. Stay away from pitchers as the ice will melt and water down your mojitos. The slow cooked chicken was delightful.

    Had dinner w my wife on a Thursday night. My guess is that Friday or Sat night will be much crazier by the street seating. Service was great but food was just ok. We got the fries as app but they had really no flavor. I got the chicken special which was just ok. I probably could have done myself at home. If you want the south beach experience, this is a nice spot. If a foodie, not so much

    Convenient location. Disappointed that they failed to acknowledge the person celebrating a birthday which we advised when making the reservation. Slow service but waitress was friendly when we caught her attention. Food was okay but nothing special.

    We loved this place! We sat on the terrace right side corner which I think is the best spot for outside seating. The inside is amazing and if you do decide try and grab the table all the way in the back along the wall on the left side. The other best spot in the place. Our server Patricia was very cool and made the experience even more better. She made us feel at home like it was her house. When we go back we will have to ask for her! The food was delicious and the portions are feasible for us since we do not eat a lot. We ordered a bunch appetizers and ordered two medium mojitos. The medium cups are pretty big but we finished them. No cars drive by since the street is closed so the air is clean. I really want to go at night to enjoy the live music! 5 stars and probably one of my favorite spots on the beach.

    Terrific Cuban cuisine and atmosphere. Plus, our server was very knowledgeable about which menu items could accommodate our gluten-free needs. We ordered the Cuban combo which was absolutely delicious and had no issues whatsoever.
