Our largest Haidilao in North America and the only one provide manicare and playground service in GTA. We have a 10 minutes grace period, please kindly inform us if you will be late for your reservation.
Our front waiting area provides complimentray beverage and snacks, free manicare and a variety of game boards to play. Enough to kill time while you wait for the main event in the back area to enjoy your meal. If you need to book a table for more than 4 people, please contact the restaurant.

We were rushed out on a Thu night dinner. I understood that there are time limit on each table, usually we are good at it, just this time, we were being told - times up right at “ the time “ that we had to go. It’s just strange from my opinion.

Great service. Lots of broth options. Excellent sauce bar. Food was fresh. Pricing similar to AYCE but I still prefer their a la carte at Haidilao. Very clean environment, including the restrooms. Would definitely return.

I made a reservation for 4 through open table at 7am on a Thursday at 8pm. I called Haidilao at 12 to change it to a 6 person table. They put me on hold to check and then confirm a table was available. Later on at 340pm I got a call saying they were unable to accommodate my larger table and they actually never checked to confirm that the table was available. I explained that they are making me tell 2 friends they cant come to eat AFTER they confirmed it was okay. If anyone is unfamiliar with Haidilao, they are known for their excellent service. They then offered a private room for my group. If that was an option they should have just put me there instead of even calling. I refused because if they are willing to call me and say they cannot accommodate, I'm sure if a bigger group comes they will have no qualms stripping me of my private room. I love their food but everytime I come service is different. All I noticed is that bigger groups get better service.

It’s a very well known chain place which is famous for top notch service in Asia. I tried it in Shanghai and this one in Toronto didn’t disappoint me. The staff are as kind and capable as can be. Food are fresh, nicely cut and presented.

The hot-pot experience in itself is a lot of fun but Haidilao does a great job both with flavor of the soups and the quality of meat. Lamb and pork are the top cuts. The staff is very helpful and attentive esp. for first time hot-potters. Overall great place for delicious hot-pot.

Service is outstanding with so many little touches that make the experience all the better. It’s hot pot at the end of the day and it’s a bit pricey as anticipated. Great experience though and would go again
