It started off ok, but our server was terrible! She took our order right away, but we didn’t get our drinks until halfway through our meal and we had to ask about them since it seemed she forgot. She gave the excuse she was waiting for a sake bottle, then I later heard her give a similar excuse to the table behind us who also had to ask where their drinks were. The server told the girl she was waiting on a wine glass… We ordered the chefs choice meal for two, which I would think would be pretty standard for first time people there. I also asked for a fork which took forever for the server to get (at least 10 minutes from when the food came out to when I actually got a fork), partly because our server didn’t drop the food off or come around to check that everything was ok. Food came out quickly, but we only got three of the 5 meats we were supposed to get and we didn’t realize that until someone came out with pork belly and shrimp while we were wiping our hands with the sanitizing wipes and everything had been creaked off the table. This was after the server ran our credit card for payment and dropped off the receipt for a tip and to sign. The server said she would go check on that and never came back. Then we thought wait we didn’t get everything we were supposed to for the chefs choice meal! We waited at least 10 minutes for the server to come back and explain or apologize and offer to adjust the bill. That NEVER happened! She walked by our table, glanced to see if we filled out the tab and kept walking! Another girl actively avoided eye contact with us when we tried to flag someone down to ask. Overall, this was the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I did used to be a server so I understand if you have a lot of tables and are busy, but we never saw her at any other tables except the one next to us and ours.

We kept being forget by the waitstaff, items came out at strange times, half of us got our appetizers for restaurant week and we had reminded them about soup, salad/rice. Everytime they came & went something was forgot. The waitstaff seemed to vanish for almost 40 minutes while we waiting for a scoop of ice cream. Checks were wrong, 7 squeezed into a 6 top with a reservation. It was pretty rough. Food was fine, staff was friendly enough.

This was by far the best meal I’ve had so far during restaurant week! This is also a place I will visit after restaurant week. I left feeling satisfied and happy! I have been to too many Korean bbq type places, but this is by far the best so far.

The food was really good and plenty of it! Fun sharing so many options with the whole table. Our server was TERRIBLE. Pretty much ignored us the whole time and there was a lot of attitude from the time we walked in the restaurant. Bummer since the food was really good and a fun concept. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad night.

This is a fun place to have a very casual dinner. Portions are small, but shareable, and we left satisfied. The waiter was very helpful. We choose not to “cook” our food at the table so we ordered ready to table dishes. The prices were very fair and we will try it again in our own city- this is a chain.

Our server was wonderful. Her named started with an L, wish I could remember. She guided us through the meal which was very helpful and made the experience even better. The food was delicious, we loved every dish. Would definitely return and recommend for others.

This place has amazing staff as well as amazing food! I never leave reviews but this place was so friendly and the garlic fried rice was so good i had to give them props for all the effort they put into their customers

Finally got to bring my bf here. It’s was a fun dinner! Our server was great, had things come in a timely fashion and was great about clearing the tables and keeping drinks full! The food is always tasty and Meat Lover is definitely worth the value.

There was two of us and we got the meat lovers combo. It was a great amount of food. If anything, didn’t need the salad that it came with. The meat was all really good. All around the food was great, server (Aaron) was friendly and helpful.
