    Extremely disappointed. Hostess walked in at 11:04 am. Restaurant opens at 11:00. She was too worried about flipping her hair side to side and looking cute to care about seating people. Waitress, can’t remember her name but she had thick framed glasses, she took our order, appetizer and meal. Our appetizer came out at the exact same time as meal. Disappointing because that’s not how the appetizer should arrive. Other wait staff brought us our food, female with brown hair training a male. Ordered a medium steak, came out rare, sent it back. The baked potatoes were over baked. Ordered grilled shrimp with my steak. NO FLAVOR, AT ALL. The coleslaw was meh, and the baked beans were nothing exciting. Other wait staff checked in on us during the meal. The atmosphere was very nice though. Overall, I will not be going back and I do not recommend.

    The service was bad. No one read us for 10 minutes. And our waiter didn’t come and ask us any question. And they overcharged compared to their menu.

    I've been at this location three times now in the last 4-5 months. Food is great (always have the filet mignon), the establishment is very nice. The bad: everytime the service has been slow, took forever for a server to come to our table after we were seated, took forever for the drinks to come to our table. Aside from those little details, yeah I will come back, hope I have better luck with the service.

    I was told that they don’t accept reservations thru any sort of application. Luckily they where able to accommodate a table for us.

    Great American Steakhouse does not work with OpenTable. Open table says you have a confirmed reservation, when you get there the restaurant doesn't know about it. The restaurant said this has been an ongoing problem.

    The beets used in the salad are canned beets. It took 30 minutes to get some drinks. We ordered aged steak and waited an hour to be told they didn’t have any.

    The service was lackadaisical. The server did not appear to want to communicate with us. I requested a second glass of wine which was never brought to the table. She did not check on us after she dropped off the food. There appeared to be no front of the house manager. The music was very loud with an intense bass. You have to shout to have a conversation. The food was good and reasonably priced. The jalapeños toreados were cold. An odd cinnamon sugar butter was served with the dinner rolls. The steak fries were nothing special. I think they should offer toppings for the steaks, such as sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, or blue cheese crumbles. We had a reservation, but we were sat at two deuces pushed together, instead of a four top.

    Hostess kinda rude. Told us the don't do reservations. Waiters were ok, nothing bad, just kept coming to let us know they ran out of different things we wanted to order. Kinda noisy, not comfortable to talk. Food was good, but better on other branches.

    When I arrive to the place, the host told me reservation is not working so my time was lost of time making the reservation, that was the only bad comment. Fortunate they have tables for me and my wife so we stay and have a a wonderful time.

    After we paid our $79 bill we were chased out by the server and made to come back in because we didnt tip , when in all actuality there was a $11 dollar gratuity included in the bill.

    Steaks were cold. One of our friends burned his fingers when he was handed a plate. He had to get some burn gel from the waitress. Manager never showed up.

    This is a nice venue. Service is a little slow. I had to keep searching for my waiter to get what we needed. The place is noisy. I had the $18 dollar sirloin and it is probably the worst sirloin I have ever had. It had a lot of hard fat to where I had to spit it out. Overall I got may be two good bites from the steak. When the manager came around to ask how everything was; I told him about my steak and showed him the portions I spit out. He told ok I'll give you a discount. When I got my bill the manager took off a whopping $4.oo from my $18.00 sirloin. Wow.

    This restaurant was amazing! The service was Great just how it says on its name and the food was even better. I came here with my friends and we had the Ribeye steak sandwich, a ribeye, pulled pork sandwich, and a porter house! Ribeye steak sandwich was amazing because the meat was actual ribeye cooked at a perfect medium temp. The bread was to die for because in the restaurant they have a bakery making all the bread and deserts. The steak fries were good but what made it better was the spicy mayo aioli to complement the sandwich and fries. The brisket sandwich was really good too. The brisket was authentic Texas Style nice and moist with lots of flavor. It’s mouth watering just thinking about it. They have spicy and original bbq sauce which I recommend the spicy. And the bread was a different type of bread than the ribeye steak sandwich which helped with the textures. The porter house and ribeye were cooked at a perfect medium rare just how we wanted it as well as they cooked it in a “josper oven” which is apperently an over from Spain. The over all experience was AMAZING they also have draft beer that is below freezing cold and they have local beers too! The amount of detail this place has in everything culinary, service, and mixology is something out of Los Angeles or NYC. It truly was amazing!

    This place has the potential to be such a great dinner/drinks hot spot! The ambience is great, it’s decorated beautifully, location is wonderful and food is good. Downfall.... the bar! We waited for our drinks at least 20 mins! Basic Cosmo was awful! The bartenders seemed frazzled and confused. They need a lot more training or just folks that know how to bartend. Best of luck !

    Nice, new restaurant. Tables are too close together and too small for the number of dishes needed/used for dinner. Table for 4 - needed a side table and, even then, it was too crowded. The music was too loud to allow for normal volume conversations.
