   Highly recommend! We had crab soup, lobster risotto and beef Wellington all were exceptional! Save room for the sticky toffee pudding, it is so good!!

   After booking reservations months in advance and 2 confirmations, a phone call was received 3 hours before our reservations (in a Saturday night) that the restaurant had something unexpected come up and they were closing for the night. No offer to reschedule our reservations. No apology. We had hotel reservations in Baltimore and at 4p on a Saturday it was too late to cancel those and too late to make reservations anywhere in the city. So rude. So lame. Such a disappointment.

   We have been here a few times and it is always phenomenal food and service! However, this is the first time I had to send back a steak for being significantly under what I ordered. I ordered medium and my steak came back rare. Overall the experience was amazing our server was fantastic! We came for our anniversary, and it was a special touch to have a proper anniversary dinner here! Overall Ramsay Steak is wonderful! I always recommend his restaurants!

    The service was impeccable and the oysters were good, but my steak was bland. I expected better from a Gordan Ramsey restaurant. I’m hoping Hell’s Kitchen will be better.

    Gordon is my idol, so when i had the chance to visit one of his flagship restaurants I was elated. I literally teared up a little while eating the Beef Wellington. One of the best days ever.

    Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed and seated. Our server came right over to introduce herself. She was.very friendly and attentive during our visit. We ordered the filet, scallops,, several sides, and the cheesecake. Portions were good and the food was absolutely delicious! Filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender and well seasoned. Prices are in line with the quality of the total dining experience. We will definitely go back.

    All the food was great except for my salmon. It lacked seasoning and I asked it to be well done and it wasn’t. Service was ok. I wished that the waitress would have checked on us a bit more because we had to ask for her a couple of times. At the end, I think it’s always a great idea to ask people if they liked the food so you can get feedback and I would have told them that I didn’t like the salmon.

    As expected, this was a VERY expensive meal, but we were celebrating a special birthday and were prepared for that. Portions were of a good size. The Market Salad was huge! Steaks and Beef Wellington were delicious, tender and perfectly prepared. But still, a side of mushrooms, or Brussels sprouts or mac and cheese for $14? They were good but that’s just ridiculous given the entree prices. Too bad we weren’t more lucky in the casino! Service was good. Our waiter and other staff were attentive and friendly. I think we should have been given a little more time in between courses.

    Couldn't wait for a GR experience. It was empty. I had the crabcake. It was very salty. Loved the beef Wellington. It melted in my mouth. Mushrooms were not as spicy and flavorful as waitress described. Toffee cake was delish. There is no price fix menu as mentioned on website.

    What a great meal and a great time. Had my family and we were celebrating nothin. Just wanted a break from choas and a great meal and a great night. That’s what we got. Service so personable and attentive. And the food was wonderful. Exactly what we wanted and needed and what we got! Loved it. My kid ate a pound of steak. French fries awesome for him. And of course - Beef Wellington - amazing. My favorite. The pork belly was also amazing. We never had that before. It was great.

    My beef Wellington was well done. It was good but not what I thought I was getting, the wine was good, they had good years to choose from. I was looking forward to ordering stuff I saw on the menu online but I didn’t get that menu. For the sides that I ordered I thought everything was kind of weirdly flavored but that could just be because the menu is British. For my beautiful daughters birthday they gave us 3 glasses of complimentary champagne, which I was very grateful for. The anchovies that came on the Caesar salad, I was really looking forward to, but they almost tasted like they were not cured in oil or salt. They were just raw. Maybe that type should be cooked a little first? My son’s NY strip was good, and cook good, but who could mess up that? Still looking forward to going to the hell kitchen at the wharf. I’m going to give British food another try.

    I can’t tell you how much this experience meant to me and my son! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The food was divine and EVERY SINGLE PERSON on staff was kind and helpful and we never had to ask for anything! Our waitress was divine and the house manager was also wonderful! The entire staff just blew our minds. My sons birthday couldn’t have been better. THANK you all so much for such a wonderful time!

    Our expectations were high. World renown chef. We drove 6 hours to get to Baltimore for the sole purpose of eating in one of Chef Ramsey's places. First disappointment was that we got our drink AND soup AND appetizer at the same time. ??? Crab soup was great. Layered tastes. Fun presentation. The lobster risotto was fine. Beef Wellington being a signature dish....my pastry was a bit raw inside. I left most of it on the plate. The "mac & cheese" side was not at all special. We had two bites and left the rest. Excellent beef though. Dessert was knocked out of the park!!! The "peanutbutter bar" is an overwhelming UNDERstatement. Very imaginative. Each bite was a delight. the same holds true for the sticky toffee pudding. That was a light, tasty cake with incredible sauces. wow! Ending on that really uplifted the evening. Would I drive a total of 12 hours to go again? no. Would we stop in if we were in the area again? no.

    Food and service were good. The only criticism would be that the puff pastry on the wellington was under cooked and under seasoned, steak was fantastic.

    Food was very good. Caesar salad was subpar. Have had better $6 caesar salads. Beef Tatar was excellent!! Both my wife and I had the Wellington. Excellent. Little soggy on the pastry but it did not hurt the flavor. Cheesecake was to die for. Will go again.

    I took my daughter there for birthday. She loved her experience.. The food was amazing my server was awesome. The food was next level. I’m looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend coming here.

    Service started out great but trailed off towards the end of the meal- the support staff (hostess, food runner, table busser) were outstanding and deserve recognition because with 15 years experience in the industry I know the support staff often does not receive the credit it deserves. Our meal was overall great- Wellington was slightly overdone but still delicious. Our sides were great and dessert was a little overdone but also still delicious.

    My girlfriend and I ate here for the third consecutive year for Valentine’s Day. Sadly, this was by far our least favorite experience. There was no Valentine’s Day specials like there usually are and the menu was VERY VERY limited. There was only one appetizer, and only two steaks available to order. We tried to make the best of it, but it was hard considering almost everything we came for wasn’t available, and what we did get just didn’t have the same high quality taste that we were used to experiencing here. This may unfortunately be our last time visiting.

    Food, service and experience was top shelf from the time we arrived until the time we left. Laura, our server, was simply fantastic. She was on top of everything before we even knew we needed it such as refills down to explaining the menu. She was awesome!

    Kitchen was short of staff which caused a delay. I didn't get seated till 15 minutes after my reservation time which never happened to me before. Food and service were good. One would think that for those prices, the restaurant can afford to retain and recruit people

    Mostly great. A few issues. Food was slow to come out and potato was not delivered. I had to ask for it. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good but a little on the salty side. We will go back though.
