Please safe yourself from the most overcooked beef wellington, the green beens were otherwise undercooked, seasoning was absolutely not right, wine selection really bad and it was way too overpriced..

Es entsprach nicht den Ansprüchen die Gordan Ramsay in seiner Sendung verlangt. Das Steak war trotz Medium Bestellung absolut blutig. Die Toiletten was derart dreckig, dass man sich nicht traute einen Fuß in diese zu setzen. Einzug die Bedienung war freundlich zuvorkommend und entschuldigte sich öfters für die Vorkommnisse Insgesamt ziemlich enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert

Outer crust was a little overdone on the Beef Wellington. Nice venue \ great service but overall, given quality of the food, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. I would recommend with caution if you are price point conscious.

Service and staff are lovely. We received a side dish we didn’t order, we were only discussing it, but staff overheard and brought it. Food is average. Very run of the mill to suit all tastes. Nothing outstanding. Steak was very well done. Sides were just ok. It is very loud and a hectic environment. This is very busy & not quiet. Prices are high for the quality.

Definitely not up to Ramsay's standards. The beef wellington was overcooked, dry and had heavy unnecessary coating of ground mushrooms. The outer pastry was burned and flavorless. Disappointed given that this is a Ramsay restaurant & in London. More than happy to pay the price for quality, this was not it

Disappointed for a few reasons. We had a reservation and the table wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were shuffled to the bar which took a long time and received our drinks as our table was ready. The air conditioning didn’t work so the whole restaurant was hot. We had been looking more forward to the beef Wellington and they ran out by 815p. So we had to adjust our order and got a simple filet which was dry. All around a very mediocre experience. We were really looking forward to a Gordon Ramsay experience and feel like it was a low effort to deliver that experience. Our waitress was difficult to speak to from the time we placed our order until it was time to pay because she was attending to a few larger parties and there were just two of us. Maybe our expectations were too high and we “fanboyed” too hard.

Looking forward to the set menu with 5 other friends, and book the reservation through your site. Didn't see the restrictions on time and dates, end up not having the set menu because it was on a Sunday. Did down load the set menu, on the bottom of the menu should list the restrictions of time and dates, since it already have info on service charges, VAT, and other info. Feel like it was a bait and switch, very disappointed. However, our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

It was my birthday and the only “thing” missing was chef Ramsey himself LOL. We had a great time and accomplished the dream to be at one of Ramsey’s restaurants and try the famous Wellington. Waiter BT was great! Thanks.

We were sadly very disappointed in the service overall as we waited to order, waited for food and asked for check multiple times. The vegan burger was amazing but the lobster roll and spinach side was in desperate need of salt, which was such a shock after seeing shows by Gordon.

Please do not order the Ribs or Mac & cheese. The food was such a huge disappointment. The only dish we enjoyed was the Caesar salad with soft-boiled egg. I guess you can only order his famous Beef Wellington, but I honestly don’t know. The service was amazing. It’s unfortunate that they have to serve such terrible food.

The steak was brought out cold. Not sure how long it sat to rest but Luke warm at best. There was no flavor the steak looked bland no sear what so ever. I ordered an old fashioned which came out in a glass full of-ice after I specified light ice because this restaurant doesn’t have the large block ice cubes! The prawns were over cooked and shriveled .. definitely not what I was expecting. My wife and daughter got the cheeseburgers and they were dried out as well. It seems some sauce was put on top to appear to be juicy but definitely wasn’t. This was a 6 out of 10 at best..

I was honestly a bit disappointed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. However the food did not seem worth the price. The Wellington was burned on the outside, the mushroom was sooo thick, the steak small and bland. Unfortunately, the inside of the pastry was raw at a few points. I would’ve expected better from a signature dish. The Caesar salad was good. The California roll was good, but expensive and small. The green beans were good. It was nice, but I likely won’t return nor recommend it.

We were so excited to try a Gordon Ramsey restaurant in London, we booked several months in advance for our visit. We arrived and were seated quickly and the visit began promising. We ordered and waited 45 minutes for the signature beef wellingtons. When our food came out the beef wellingtons were over cooked and not slightly but well done leather. We politely asked if we could order something else, knowing that new wellingtons would take another hour. The waitress apologized and said she would bring us two filets medium rare. Nearly 30 minutes later and we received two medium well steaks, once again tough. Meanwhile my mother ordered the lobster roll and found several shell fragments amongst her sandwich. Needless to say it was a disappointment, we paid our bill & headed home.
