The place was very nice, the host And waiter were sooooooo attentive! The whole family came out to celebrate a 17th birthday And it over exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and our waiter did an AMAZING job answering all our questions from “what is this plate” to the minimal detail of the crumbs. Our plates were very presentable and even more delicious! Our host was so attentive and had such a good vibe! He brought out champagne, deserts and even a virgin pina colada for the birthday boy! It was spectacular! Definitely a birthday dinner to REMEMBER!!!! Thank you good graces for making this a special day for him! We definitely will be coming back!

Table side mimosas is worth it. Todd was amazing and patient. Food was tasty…although omelette was rather tiny. Overall great experience and will be back.
And to the man at the other table with the face tattoo…I fell in love briefly you’re beautiful. Lol
We were staying at the hotel and dropped into Good Graces for early lunch. It was great! Friendly service, good food, and not very crowded. We would definitely go again!

To say Good Graces was disappointing would be an epic understatement. The service was terrible. Our waiter had no knowledge of the menu and could not possibly have tried less to be accommodating. We had to request place settings. Everything from flatware and napkins to appetizer plates and water. I requested a water refill 3 times before finally asking again and getting action. A second round of drinks took at least 30 minutes to show up and also had to be questioned. I witnessed other patrons help themselves to place settings from the server station and even one person actually pour water from USED glasses on another abandoned table. Had the food been edible perhaps we could have been more forgiving of the carelessly slow service. I’ve never left a plate full of food anywhere but even after switching dishes with my friend we were disappointed. This was not a matter of simply not liking what was ordered. The salmon was quoted to be on a bed of greens and eggplant but arrived on a disgustingly sour mix of pickled carrots, such a specific taste and detail left completely off the menu and not mentioned by our clueless server upon asking about the dish.
The Carbonnara pasta was soaking in sauce so salty it was inedible. You’d expect a server to ask how things are, particularly when clearing 3 people’s plates practically still full of food, but by that point in the meal my expectations were so low it came as no surprise that he said nothing. It wasn’t until we were signing our checks he even bothered to ask!!!
I wish I had seen a review like this before making reservations for a special night out with my girlfriends. The name Good Graces couldn’t be less appropriate for this place. Don’t waste your time or money.
There was no parking except for the hotel valet that wasn’t noted as an option. The valet didn’t know that for the restaurant, it was complementary with your dinner receipt. All ended up being fine but I drove around for 30 minutes looking for street parking because there was no signage for parking at the hotel valet.

Sat outside for brunch (our dog was welcomed and offered water as well). We had the patio to ourselves, but not sure why as it was a perfectly nice setting…away from the noise of the busy Dallas streets…more of a quiet neighborhood spot…patio was nicely done with some regular tables and some couch table type set ups and a fire pit table. Service was attentive. Asked for egg whites only in our omelets and that was no problem. Came with a side of potatoes which seemed freshly cooked. Food was hot and tasted good. Prices a little high, but not really unreasonable for a hotel and the service/setting. Overall a good experience and we will definitely be back. Will try dinner next time.

This place is clean , friendly staff, gold choices on the menu and the food is great. I had the sea bass tonight with mushroom ravioli and wow really good. Recommend it for happy hour as well as dinner. Oh we found out they also do brunch on sundays so we will check that out as well..
The decor was so beautiful and the food was delicious. I will be returning and plan on staying at the Marriott so I can enjoy more menu items.
We loved everything about Good Graces! The ambiance was perfect and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the BLT Mussels and the Orechette Carbonara. Will definitely return!

Good Graces is a lovely restaurant, comfortable and low key,. We were there for lunch and the food did not disappoint. Service was attentive but not overly so.
Food was really good, I was surprised this was just the cafe off the hotel.
Brunch menu was pretty light. Wine list , not so great and really over priced. Sonoma Cutre a $29.00 bottle. $120.00 Really?
Cocktails were good, the Padrones were amazing! I might see about a dinner test, but Sunday brunch wasn't really the spectacular event I had envisioned.
Food was over salted and underwhelming. It was not the level I expected from prior reviews. Nice place with great service but food needs to get better.

Food was great.
Great food. Very attentive service. Innovative cocktails. My peruvian friend loved the perivuan-inspired menu. The ceviche and the chicken were outstanding. Desserts were devine, flavor, presentation and innovation.
Service was good from our friendly waitress, but the poor thing did not have a busser to help fill our waters and pull dirty plates. The food was very salty and the champion drink mixer was not present as advertised. Also, the temperature of the restaurant was set to freezing. Free parking was a nice touch.

Small unique menu. Was looking for more from the Chef's cut menu item. Would eat there again.
We almost walked before being served since the server took way too much time to wait on us. We had a really wobbly table and when asked if it could be addressed, she was quick to say that's just how the tables are rather than acting on the problem. After pressing her, she finally came out with a folded napkin to shim, but the table was hopeless. She finally cleaned another table so we could move. There were 3 tables occupied on the patio, with 3 waitstaff and a manager and yet the service was terrible. Inside, there were even fewer tables. Had to request pepper, had to request a wine list, etc. etc.
Food was quite good, but that does not make up for the overall dining experience.
You will not see us returning there!
Fabulous patio sitting. The 2019 Alamo Malbec wine was exquisite!

Beautiful dog friendly patio with shade. Some very nice and fun touches such as smoked butter and balsamic pearls on the burrata. Overall food was good but too much oil in the risotto, sea bass underdone in the middle and strings on beans too tough to cut. Pretty expensive in comparison to what you get at other restaurants.

Dinner was very good, burger delicious. The mussels and tina nikkei were both a little salty.

Servers Justin and Mathew were excellent!
Drinks were also very nice.

Patio location was excellent on a beautiful Friday evening. Food was mediocre at best. We were told the bar had closed but they were serving alcohol inside the restaurant. Later we were told we could
be served a glass of wine but only after I pointed out that others were being served. When asked about the discrepancy, we were told the waitress was confused. The waitress then avoided eye contact. The manager never apologized.
This is a poorly trained staff; certainly not the level of service of even a cheap restaurant in Dallas. I know this is a new restaurant but the poor service and mediocre food means I will not go back and not recommend it to my friends.

My party arrived on time for our reservation at 8:30. We did not see a server for about 35 minutes after asking several other servers for help. We finally received a beverage at about 9:20. I ordered the salmon, which was good, but never received a side order of Brussels sprouts that I ordered. The interior is beautiful and the ambience was nice. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait to close and leave. I won’t be returning.
