Glass House is a fresh new seaside restaurant / café that aims to regenerate the pavilion building and surrounding Redoubt Gardens. Returning it into a destination for community and visitors to eat, meet, relax and celebrate.
It is dedicated to bolstering both Eastbourne’s community and heritage, showcasing local produce and culture whilst allowing residents and visitors to enjoy the spectacular views of our beautiful seafront.

Staff went well beyond to make our brunch reservation happen even though we were very late. We were made to feel very welcome and that nothing was a problem and the food was fabulous. Thank you

Very disappointed with this less than average restaurant Service was good so no issues there. Limited choice but £22 for a selection of bread as a nibble just really not acceptable

Table booked for 20:30 on a Saturday night, we received a rushed service, the main course was served when we were still eating the first. Pressured into eating our meal quickly. Will not be dining here again.

The menu choice was just right. I was asked about allergies and the waiter went to get further information just to make sure. The meals were excellent and the desserts were heavenly. Many thanks for a great night
