    Excellent meal and wine pairings. We had the 9 course menu. It is a lot of food, but well spaced out. Interesting variety of dishes. The wines and descriptions were fantastic.

    A dining experience that is unmatched in Calgary. From the moment we arrived, service was professional, thoughtful, and as the evening unfolded, the service only improved. Between the simultaneous presentation of dishes, the information shared, the extra care, and the outstanding wine pairings, the evening became an experience and not simply a meal. Asher Wilson’s flavour profiles, mature depth of sauces with intentional accompaniments and presentation makes for a gastronomical treat. We had the six course menu and then our server advocated for my husband to experience the additional dishes he was hoping for, which was graciously accommodated by Chef Wilson, and we were treated to robust flavours without feeling overwhelmed. The environment is well appointed and thoughtful with the tables carefully placed to allow for private conversations while enjoying the meal. The sommelier is knowledgeable, creative, and passionate. Our meal was elevated with his accompaniments and no pairing was lacking. Chef Wilson’s team clearly understands his vision and delivers near perfection. Chef Wilson elevated foods I do not typically enjoy to an appealing and delightful level allowing me to forget that I might not be a fan of some of these ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed every course.

    Way to expensive for 2 people $700 for food and $480 just for booking, its in the basement of a building! Food was under cooked, do not get scammed like I did!

    This was a lovely experience. I had the six course omnivore with wine and my girlfriend had the six course vegetarian. Each course was lovely served perfectly. Each bite had excellent flavor. There is not a lot of food in a six course tasting, but this is a tasting menu rather than a large meal. I wanted to do the nine course tasting however you cannot combine the nine course with the six course with your dining partner. The only issue I had was that the music was extremely loud and we had to ask for it to be turned down.
