   Amazing quality food as always. Attended at the lunch rush and it was very busy. The service was slower than usual but understandable. The customer beside me waited almost 20 minutes before getting water and a menu... she was upset. we shared our water with her. Inclosing - Food Delicious, but perhaps a little understaffed for the lunch rush.

   The music was way too loud outside. Maybe choose more easy going music, jazz? Asked twice to lower the volume of the music… for a cool vegan restaurant I would go differently.

   We have been long time customers of Fresh. We're a bit disappointed with the menu changes over the past year, that some items we liked were dropped or changed (e.g. avocado toast with vegan feta, losing the protein from the Beach Bowl, etc). We also miss the option of having two portion sizes to choose from (small & large), as we found the small to be right sized for us (and it allowed us to have room to order an appetizer and/or dessert). Now, with only the one large size available, we either order only the large entree and skip ordering appetizer or dessert entirely, or order only one entree and split it between us (both scenarios ultimately mean less revenue for the restaurant overall). Not sure why this change was made. It was wonderful having the option of choosing the portion size, as not many restaurants offered this (and too many restaurants' portion sizes are WAY too big).

   Love the place. I’ve been several times and have brought friends. Yesterday was a bit disappointing. I had to wait 15 plus minutes for my beyond cheeseburger, while the others at my table were eating their lunch. I had to remind call the person behind the counter, to inquire. When it did arrive, I was told the kitchen was backed up, understandable…but my food was cold, especially the fries. So it was a bit disappointing to bring three guests for the first time. Victoria was great and personable and comped my burger, but.. it was cold and not all that enjoyable. Cold fries and cold ketchup…. Brrrr. Not my thing !!

   The food was not as great as the other locations. I had the BBQ Ranch burger but it was quite dry as the chef forgot the main ingredients which were the BBQ and Ranch sauces. The main server/host could be alot more pleasant and they was not very warm or inviting.

    I've never been to a Fresh location, even though they have been around for at least 20 years. This location is new and very clean. Staff were polite and friendly. I wanted a change from the regular greasy food joint...and this was it. I will definitely be back.

    We went for our siblings late Christmas and New Years dinner and it was great! I kind of wish there were a little bit more options but I love Fresh regardless and happy there’s one on the Danforth!

    We love Fresh and have always had a great experience at the Front Street location. Last night was disappointing. The service slow, food took forever, fries were cold, and the music was loud and not suited to the demographic of the patrons. We won't be back.

    This was my first visit. Cauliflower tacos delicious. Rotating soup of the day scrumptious. Service friendly and very efficient. I found the restaurant had a great ambience. I would will certainly be back.

    Fresh's food is really delicious and creative. Had one of the wraps and had to take some of it home. The leek, kale and sweet potato soup was excellent and filling. The service was warm and friendly. Will keep going back for sure!
