Everything was perfection! Luca, our server, took the best care of us. He recommended an amazing wine, he was fun and relaxed, which only enhanced our dining experience. The truffle cacio e pepe is an experience and utterly divine. The branzino with the veggie spaghetti was the best I have ever had. The fish was perfectly cooked as were the thin veggies with it. I could have eaten a bowl of those veggies noodles alone :) The pistachio gelato is a HUGE portion, so be prepared to share it. I am definitely looking forward to bringing my fiancé back with me for a date night soon.

Our experience at Forte Dei Marmi was amazing. I would put it in the top 3 meals of my life, and I live in NYC and have dined at many of the top restaurants. They were extremely accommodating of my food restrictions (no pork or shellfish). Everything we ate was delicious and unique. Our server was fantastic as well. I saw some reviews about the cost, look at the menu, you can eat here at a reasonable price for a Michelin Star restaurant. It’s the best Italian restaurant in Florida.

The table assigned was broken and after several requests they gave us another table. We had to wait for 65 minutes to get our food their excuse was that the order ticket was lost in the kitchen. Finally we got the food which was ok but nothing special. For such level of price the restaurant is a fraud!

Absolutely loved the place: the decor both indoors and outside is amazing. The owner personally greets every guest and the staff are professional and friendly. We ate their famous cacio and pepe pasta and it did not disappoint. Every dish was delicious and clearly explained by the waiters. The dessert was nothing short of spectacular: a pistacchio mountain and the tiramisu. Well worth the money!

Ate at FORTE DEI MARMI yesteday evening and the experience was amazing.Went there with a friend to celebrate our birthdays and everything was perfect.Wonderful location.Cooperative and polite staff. Food now!!!! Simply delicious,they have been able to mix the old family tradition with modern cuisine and the result is a perfect balance,one example are the cacio e pepe or the giant veal Milanese.One of my favourites was the pistacchio icrecream.Yummy!!! So,what are you waiting for: give it a try!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Forte Dei Marmi in Miami last night, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service throughout the meal was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff who truly added to the overall dining experience. But let's talk about the food - it was absolutely amazing! We started with the cacio e pepe, which was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of cheese and black pepper. For our main course, we tried the branzino al sale, and it was a true standout. The fish was cooked to perfection and the salt crust added a wonderful depth of flavor. It was truly one of the best dishes I've ever had. And let's not forget about the dessert - the pistachio ice cream was out of this world. It had just the right amount of sweetness and the pistachio flavor was really intense. It was a perfect way to end a truly wonderful meal. Overall, Forte Dei Marmi in Miami exceeded all expectations. The service was top-notch and the food was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Five stars all around!

Wow! I can't believe everything that happened and how amazing the food was. First, I forgot to read the dress code and wore shorts. But the host in the front had pants for me. It made me feel loved and understood 🥰. From the appetizer to the Entree to the dessert made all my stress from the week go away. I highly recommend this place. Very elegant, so beautiful, then the people and the service were sensational. This is a romantic couple hot spot. Can't wait to come back!

This was a wonderful experience! The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious! Our servers were friendly and very knowledgeable. The Truffle Cacio e Pepe and the Linguine ‘Alla Nerano’ were a treat! I also recommend the at your table Tiramisu Espresso ended the evening on a high note! Truly recommend this restaurant!!

Excellent dinner and service. Unfortunately they wont let you sit at a table if you’re alone which sucks if you’re traveling alone. I had to sit at the bar with my back toward the restaurant. I didn’t get the full enjoyment of the space because of it.

We made an appointment at 8:00 pm and we only had the table at 8:35 pm. very bad service from the waiter, he was more concerned with selling food and not helping us with basic things: salt shaker not working, grated cheese, ordering another bottle of wine. Regular food, but they charge like 5 stars. not worth it.

Service was prompt and efficient; maybe slightly indifferent; gnocchi with pomodoro was good, but ricotta would be much more tender than the potato based version they served. The mushroom parpadelle was lacking flavor and was overly oiled. The waiter didn’t really want to hear that comment

We had a fantastic time! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, it’s alive with a warm ambiance. Beautifully decorated. The hostess was very kind as well as the bartender. Our server was so helpful we couldn’t decide what to order. Along with drinks, I ordered the beef tenderloin which was cooked at perfect temperature, and the truffle mashed potatoes. The pistachio gelato also is definitely a must. We will come back and bring friends to try it.

Traveled from Chicago and picked here to meet up with my boyfriends family. Apps and sides were ok, but the pasta and meat was divine. Service was just ok. I was aware that it was a pricy place, but it would’ve been nice to have been given a heads up that water isn’t free. Went on a Wednesday and although the description says intimate, it was a very busy and noisy dining room, so not sure if I’d go here if I was looking for a quiet intimate dinner. But will def return for the pasta sometime.

I have loved this restaurant- the food, vibe, etc so it pains me that I will not be returning but why would I? I had a 7:45 reservation, was told when I arrived at 7:35 that your table has a check and go have a drink at the bar which was fine as we were early. By 8:20, we still had not been seated and it was clear that there was no table of six that had a check on the table. The hostesses had lied to us and like a broken record kept saying the same thing but wouldn’t acknowledge which table it was. Eventually the manager set up a table in Siberia on the side and offered to buy us a round of drinks but it was too little too late. What a bummer but it was like they didn’t really care. I am not a tourist but live here: shame on them
