This was out second visit and everything about this place is great. A little on the pricier side, but we’ll worth it for a nice date night. From the hostess to the food, we couldn’t ask for a nicer setting and meal. We would highly recommend.

A great find, worth the drive. All the food was delicious and service was pleasant and efficient. Plenty of variety on the menu including seasonal dishes like asparagus soup and burrata with hibiscus coulis, pickled rhubarb, strawberries and crostini. We will definitely go back.

We have been coming to Forked for a few years. We are happy with the new chef as the food was delicious! The New York strip was cooked to perfection. Dessert was amazing as was the service. We will dine there again soon!

Wonderful meal. The only thing distracting from the overall experience was the bachelorette party in the main dining room. Otherwise, we will return and we highly recommend.

We’ve been there twice. The food has been terrific both times. Last night we had tuna and chicken appetizers, and shrimp risotto and salmon entrées. All delicious. I think it’s one of the best restaurants in the Charlottesville area.

Our 5-people party was very satisfied. We all had different entrees. I had asparagus soup and salmon. I could ask for seconds of the soup. It was sooooo delicious. Salmon was good too. Also good selection of wines and beer.

The food was great but took a long time to come out of the kitchen. The waitress was good about checking on our meals and apologized. An offer of a shared dessert or something would have been nice but that didn’t happen.

First time here. We went for Easter Brunch. Loved the ambiance! Service was excellent! We had the pancakes and a side if the breakfast potatoes and the 2 egg breakfast. Food was tasty! Will definitely go again!

Interesting brunch menu with lots of choices. Great service. Very noisy. Food good but not wow. Seems to be impossible to reserve on Open Table between 11:15 and 12:30 on Sunday but if you just go show up there are usually available tables.

We have been dining at Forked since it opened 3 years ago. Our meal on Saturday was the best. The burrata was excellent. We both had the filet. Perfect. My wife said the brussel sprouts were the best she has ever had!

Great food and service. Furnishings a bit sparse. Pretty noisy even at Sunday brunch with tables fairly close. Great menu choices featuring old standards with a twist as well as more trendy offerings. We’ll be back!

First, we'll get the only negative out of the way. When we arrived, 10 minutes early, the greeter sent us to the bar while she checked to see if the chef was ready for us which seemed odd since we weren't the first reservation of the evening. Before we were seated at the bar they came and said they were ready to seat us. Since everyplace else I've ever dined and I was 10 minutes early it didn't throw them for a loop. Now to the important stuff. The waitress was great. Not once did we feel rushed to order drinks or food and she didn't stop to ask how the food was since they new that it would be absolutely superb, which it was. I had the calimari and it was very, very lightly breaded to the point where you could actually see the calimari; plenty of it and the dipping sauce was fantastic. It was tender and not chewy at all. Also had the grilled caesar salad which was grilled perfectly to bring out the taste of the romaine. The house made dressing was spot on and just enough of it so as to not overpower the parmesano reggiano. This may not sound like much for dinner but the portions are very ample. My daughter had their bacon cheeseburger which looked like a masterpiece when it arrived; perfectly cooked and not loaded with a version of American made cheese. Oodles of freshly made fries that we could have munched on for hours. The bartender obviously has done his homework also. The drinks were almost perfection. Obviously, we love this place after our first visit. We'll be back. I don't think one can go wrong with whatever is ordered.

Surprised that a restaurant of this quality would be found in Orange VA. One can never know what some small towns can hold. Will definitely return. BTW, the dining room was full and you could actually hear your conversation. So quiet, nice.

Loved the room and the food. The Shrimp Risotto was fantastic and the perfect size. The TNT shrimp appetizer was delicious but definitely spicy. The waitresses where attentive but didn’t rush you. Food fan at a relaxing pace. This is not a place to go to if you are in a hurry but definitely worth the time to enjoy.
