Patron beware, the rooftop lounge is loud, doesn’t have an extensive menu typical of Fogo de Chao, and the Seattle location has horrible service and was severely understaffed in all areas of the operation. Figure 3hours to get through a dinner with a large group

First time there and the ambience was very nice. When went there did not realize it was not the buffet style but was order off the menu, which worked out for our group.

Our food was delicious and plentiful. We did have to wait for a while for our dessert and we check, even though it didn’t seem to be exceptionally busy. But I’m not sure how busy the main restaurant was.

Alaina and Dylan were absolutely wonderful! Both were incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. They took the time to speak with us about the new restaurant, the impressive operations behind the bar, and the rest of the team. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We were seated at one of the tables attached to the bar. One bartender, in particular, truly stood out and deserves special recognition. She had long blonde hair and had been working there for approximately three months; although unfortunately, we do not remember her name. We were genuinely mesmerized by her talent! Her bartending skills, speed, efficiency, extensive knowledge, and ability to craft an exceptional experience were nothing short of remarkable. Equally impressive was her warm, engaging personality and the confidence with which she handled her work. She demonstrated a level of expertise and professionalism that would impress even the most seasoned guests. It was clear that she takes great pride in her craft, and her talent is a tremendous asset to the bar and the restaurant as a whole. We were thoroughly impressed by her and hope management recognizes the outstanding contribution she is already making to the team. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and the food was beyond anything that we could have expected. Alaina, Dylan, and especially this incredibly talented bartender made our visit memorable. We look forward to returning!

We actually ate at the lower level because the menu was minimal in the Rooftop lounge, especially if you’re pescatarian. Food was so-so, definitely not worth the $$. Employees were pleasant however!

The service was beyond sub-par. We had difficulty getting the staff’s attention to refill our water glasses. While other tables were offered more wine at each pour, we were not. Each time the beef was brought out, they ran out at our table and promised to be right back with more. They did not return. I had to flag someone down to get picanha served to us. It got to the point that we were trading stories with the table next to us about how bad the service was - they never received the potato au gratin side dish and couldn’t get a waiter to deliver it. Service was very slow. I realize it was a multi-course dinner, but I didn’t expect it to take well over 3 hours. The truly stunning thing is that after dessert, the wait staff disappeared. We were not given a check or asked to pay. The only people we could find were the bar staff. Eventually, my wife tracked down someone who offered to bring us the check. It seems irresponsible of the wait staff to vanish without ensuring the guests have paid. I followed up with the general manager and did not receive an apology. I've emailed the national organization and received no word.
