   We were seated a couple of minutes after checking in for our reservation. The different meat selections started coming by our table right away. Everything was fresh and hot and the servers were very attentive. Food was good.

   Got seated went to salad bar and hostess sat another couple at our table while we were gone. Went to another table but the confusion delayed us getting our drinks and sides. After everything was sorted out we got an outstanding waitress that made the evening enjoyable. We were also comped part of our meal to make up for the confusion. Excellent food, a little pricey but well worth the experience.

   I come often on business dinners and the last couple of times the meat selection has been less than ideal. Today they were out of Ribeye and New York, and we asked a dozen times before the finely brought out some filet and lamb. Very disappointing as it never used tho be this way before 😟

   We’ve been actively coming here for the last six years or so and I’ve noticed a steady decline, but this past visit was horrendous. From the beginning to the end was easily my worst restaurant experience in over 30 years. We learned at the very end that several waiters did not show up, drinks went unfilled, we received zero and I mean zero meat for 48 minutes straight despite asking several employees as they were walking by. We ordered the same drink seven different times before it finally arrived nearly an hour later. The food was not good, the Buffay was minimal, the response to all of this was a $50 gift card and we’re sorry. I’m sorry that we decided to spend a company outing here. There is clearly an issue with management and lack of employees.

   The hostess as well as the front bar employees were WONDERFUL!! Unfortunately the server as well as the two “managers” that walked around seemed very out of place. One was wearing a baseball hat and I imagined for the price we were paying this would be more of an upscale environment. The gouchos did a great job bringing the meat choices we wanted and not having too much time pass before they would stop by. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. I actually took pictures and planned to send them to corporate. We brought our own bottle of wine and it was 20 minutes before someone could find the time to open it for us. I used to really enjoy this restaurant and now I vowed to never go back.

    We had a reservation at 11:45 and were seated at 1:30. Absolutely ridiculous and ruined our plans for the day. The food is always great, customer service is terrible.

    Food was amazing! Drinks were good. Service from the Gauchos could have been better. They would walk passed our table to serve others who were even seated after our table was. We were unable to try all the different meats since they were passing us by, we even asked our table assistant to send them to us, but they were the same meats we had already tried.

    None of the market table was fresh and most of it was not being replenished after it had been all eaten so there was very limited items to be eaten.

    Came in for a birthday & had a nice server Mariam outside of that the food was cold, we had to ask for meat to be brought to us! We felt overlooked and left out at this restaurant. We did not get seated for over an hour in half. I was not happy with overall experience. But Mariam was patient and great with us which is the only reason we stayed. I came previously for a party and the experience was great. This was a Wednesday that we reserved our party 6/15/22 but maybe the staff were overwhelmed because it was over crowded not sure.

    We didn’t get the service we thought we would get. Had a reservation online for party of seven but there were still a wait time when we got there. The food was really great but they only served us limited meat. We would want to eat some more but they didn’t visit our table often.

    A literal fight broke out in the lobby. They overbooked reservations and there were many many People waiting for Tables. It was so crowded and so loud. I felt terrible for the servers and host/hostess.

    We want for my son’s graduation dinner. The service was slow which is typical of Fogo. But then our son had a glass of water spilled on him by the sommelier. He offered us a gift card to use towards our meal. And our server thought we were purchasing it. She charged us for an extra 2 experiences and the gift Card. The process to fix the bill took 25 min. During our wait, our server offered to pack up a dessert, which never came. The worst part of the experience was when the manager came over. We told him what was happening and he basically said it was our fault for not flagging him earlier when the water happened. And the first time the bill was incorrect. First rule of customer service, the customer is always right. And you do not blame the customer for not notifying you that their experience is bad. Make the experience better from the start. We will never go back.

    We celebrated our son's birthday last evening at Fogo, and I must say we loved it there. The service was A plus plus. The word energetic was used but I'll use hoppin'. Thank you so very much and we look forward to returning.

    We had seating reservations for 630pm. We showed up 15 mins early to check in. We didnt get seated til 830pm and in the last 30 mins of that wait they had removed us from the list and when brought to their attention they still were skipping us in the table calling. It really ruined the vibe of the dinner. The food was good but overpriced for how little the food actually made its rounds.

    We went there as a family for my wife’s birthday and the entire experience nothing short of amazing! Worth every penny! The food was to die for and the staff was amazing as well. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend the Churrasco Experience!

    The bar was great. The drink were great but We’ve honestly been to far better churrasqueiras. Fogo did not live up to the hype. Undercooked rice, tasteless polenta, and overcooked meats throughout the meal.

    This was such a fun dining experience! Very unique and exciting! Everything we tried was excellent! The market table is fresh and had such a great variety of choices! The only thing I thought odd was that we weren’t presented with a wine list or cocktail menu when seated. We did ask for one but definitely were made to feel that was a strange request.

    Party of 4. Worst Fogo experience. Wait staff inattentive. Ordered drinks that came 30 mins later after multiple reminders. Food was OK only. W have been to multiple locations and this is not up to par. Price is insane now nearly double. Managers came to check and we asked for the drinks and some of the cheese rolls and they never came back. Took almost 2.5 hours to complete and we all left hungry still. Super disappointed…

    WOW! This place was Amazing! Will absolutely be back it was so busy as Friday nights in Portland should be. From the Hostess Sonica, Kenzie the interim hostess- I’m not sure I know what her position is called… and our waiter David were awesome! Attentive and friendly. Bartenders made delicious drinks! The meat.. O mY!💕

    I got reservations for 8:15, wasn’t seated til about 9:15 , I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant . Drinks were great, however, it took really long for the drink to get there. The meat service was good, but the selection of meat was just ok. No filet mignon unfortunately. And they never offered us mash potatoes or polenta, only the bananas. Overall experience was just OK .
