   The service was outstanding. Brooke was amazing and helped us with anything we asked for. The food was very good. The restaurant was very busy but we still were served very quickly throughout our meal. So many delicious cuts of meat.

   Everything was very fresh and tasty. It's expensive but worth the price. The service was outstanding. The Caipirinha was slightly sweeter than what I like but still good enough to order a second.

   Dined last Wednesday. We had really bad experience. Invited my friends for a dinner and I was so embarrassed how everything end up. I was raving how good the food and service on this place but that night we ended up disappointed. Servers keep ignoring us. We had the Churrasco but a slice for every 30minutes. We keep asking for steaks but they keep giving the grilled cheese. WHAT A SHAME!

   We celebrated a birthday for a true carnivore. The service was outstanding! The food bar was exquisite! The Brazilian various meat selections were excellent! We can’t wait to return!

   This was the worst experience I ever had. The food was expensive, and it tasted awful. The waiters hardly came around to check on us. We barely got any meat and paid way too much money. It was not worth it.

    I was hoping they would write “Congratulations xxx” on his dessert plate since I said it was a special occasion on my reservation. They do this at Texas de Brazil. The wine mark up is ridiculous… the wine at the store is $11. $80 at Fogo… but half off for $40 thank goodness. Dinner was $220 for two of us. Meal was good not spectacular. Salad bar is better at Texas de Brazil.

    Visiting my son in Pittsburgh and we wanted to do something different. My husband is from Uruguay and is a steak lover-- so we came here to see if the food would live up to his standards . We were extremely happy with the spread of food and the meat was delicious-- and the service was great too! We will definitely come back- we had a great experience!

    Ignored by the hostess, had to wait a long time for service. We have ate at fogo many many times. The last 2 times have been awful experiences and I don’t think we will be going back to the Pittsburgh location and certainly will no longer be recommending it to others.

    Everything was good, there really wasn’t a point to the reservation as we even called to mention we’d be a few minutes late and still had to wait about 15 mins. We also did not think the selection of meats was enough. We requested one and we’re told three times it would be around and it never came out. Otherwise service was good, food good.

    We had a such a great time at the downtown Pittsburgh location. There were only two tables in there other than my husband and myself and it was great. The noise level was little to nothing and the service was amazing. We had Scarlett as our waitress, she was efficient and attentive. As soon as we flipped our cards the meat selections instantly started coming. The various steak options were good, some of them slightly under done, however they were season very well. Their cocktail selection was decent also. Depending on what your tastes are, there was something for everyone. Dessert was simple but flavorful (chocolate lava cake with ice cream) you will not leave this establishment hungry! That’s for sure! Definitely worth the money!

    Went a good 5-8 min before anyone even greeted our table. Then felt constant pressure from I'm assuming was the manager to purchase drinks. Also food felt very subpar at best. Prob will not return as I feel like I could've had better value for the money spent

    Went in last night for a dinner with my family who I haven’t seen in a few years. Our server was very friendly but the overall service of the restaurant was not the best. Wine list wasn’t astonishing with choices. We waited around not being offered food for a solid 20 minutes, I finally had to say something and then was approached with meat cuts. A total of 4 times food came around, all red meat, never any bacon wrapped items, no sausage, no ribs. The red/green coasters didn’t mean anything. I ordered an espresso martini at the same time we ordered dessert (dessert ended up being on the house bc we were celebrating which was pleasant). The espresso martini took 30 minutes to be made. First time at Fogo, won’t come back again. Salad bar wasn’t impressive. A big thank you to our server who was the only positive piece of our experience really.

    They were 30 minutes behind seating everyone with reservations. It appears they overbooked. Poor service continued afterwards with it taking 15-20 minutes to get drinks during the meal. Had a good time with friends, but it took away from the meal having to wait for wine and cocktails.

    As always the food was fantastic and our table server was wonderful. At the welcome desk there were 2 wonderful hosts and one who seemingly did not want to be there. Even though there were many large functions going on the service was still very good. The quality and regularity of the food was also excellent. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again if we are in Pittsburg any time in the future.

    The service here is always terrible. They have a terrible time spacing the gauchos throughout the dining room to make sure all customers get proper service. We specifically asked for 2 specific meats multiple times. One of the meats never came and the other came only after an hour and half wait and them repeatedly bringing out the wrong thing. And it is a shame because our tables waitress was great and tried her best to make the experience better for us.

    Food was not as exciting as I remember my previous experience to be. There was an abundance, and quite good, but I was hoping for a bit more variety. Drinks werr delicious, but seemed to be smaller. I am sure if we were having dinner, they would have been served in a larger glass. Bartender does a good job of mixing, but I felt Service was a little slow.

    I have eaten here in the past, and have never had issues before. First off, I never rate or leave bad reviews- I am quite patient, but our waitress Kendall was miserable. Saw her twice all night. Second off, we got served only 5 different meats the whole time which is absolutely ridiculous for $55 a person. They kept coming back with sausage, (4 times). We sat there for 2 hours and people around us kept getting served and we were not. We explained to the one waitress and she said she would tell the gauchos. We never even saw chicken or got offered any, absolutely insane to me. We got there early and it was not busy whatsoever- so that is not even an excuse they can use. I've never had such a miserable overall dining experience. We had to ask 3 different people for our bill. I 100% will never return. Try to make sure your waitresses are actually wanting to work and not miserable.

    We came to celebrate our anniversary! We always attend during restaurant week to get the full feel of fancy places. I would like to start with how amazing Ash was. She was very helpful and always on hand when needed. I would say that the meat is always very medium or on the rarer side. It was hard to track down well done meat. They have a lot of pork options (including bacon wrapped) so we just took the bacon off. The chicken leg was amazing. The salad area buffet was amazing and always replenish with fresh items. Chicken salad was good, love the smoked salmon option, fruit was super sweet, nice variety of salad toppings and charcuterie style meats/cheese. Overall, it was a very nice evening for the price of restaurant week. I would recommend. Don’t be shy to do the deals, they wouldn’t offer it if they didn’t want you to test them out!

    We dined during winter restaurant week. The food was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant had an entrance directly into the Oliver Parking garage. Certainly a great place for a special occasion or date.

    The food was amazing and staff extremely nice, but overall the restaurant was disorganized and unprepared. We booked the discount meal for restaurant week but never got the deal. The hostess never asked, the waitress never asked, and after we were served and ate it was brought to our attention that we were served the "top choice" meats and therefore we had to pay full price. I explained that we reserved restaurant week value and were only told "oh well nothing they could do about it now." So overall great food but not the best customer service.
