   Food was amazing but it seems they were understaffed for the amount of patrons . There were many time we didn't see someone in between for over 20 minutes to refill drinks or to come around with the selection.

   Salad bar was always empty. Good blue cheese though! And bacon!! Best ever. Didn’t have salt shaker on table, after asking our waiter 3 times and a busser once, 30 min later I just took one from a table next to us. Also was a treasure hunt to get some steak sauce which took another 20 min from 3 different people. Finally got steak sauce when I was full. Will probably not go back.

   We were seated on time, servers were friendly and accommodating, and the green salad bar and meat were very good. We both had caipriniaha cocktails and they were amazing as usual!

   Love coming to Baltimore and Fogo de Chao is always a go to for lunch or dinner. We decided to switch things up a bit as we were here for lunch. It was hard to do but only had the salad bar. It did not disappoint. So many great options! Can't say enough about the quality of the food.

   I used to love Fogo! So I took my team there for lunch expecting to enjoy a hearty and robust salad bar. Since it was lunch and we were on a schedule no one wanted the heavy meats (nor thought it was worth the price for the limited time). We were all disappointed to find that the pricy salad bar was significantly scaled down, causing everyone to order very pricey entrees to go with the salad bar for lunch. I won't do that again... no wonder it was basically empty on a weekday in the heart of a work district.

   I've been to several Fogo de Chao locations within the DMV area. This was my first experience at the Baltimore location. At first glance, the dining area looked like a food hall at the mall. There was no elegance to it. There were loud guests that ruined my entire experience. Food on the floor. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Definitely was not worth the money I paid.

    Food was average, service was slow but friendly, didn’t bring us the dessert and drinks we ordered but brought us a bill that had $89 of food we didn’t order. Noisy environment but not intolerable. Overvalued.

    I ordered an appetizer and never got it, checked later after eating and it was never put in apparently. Same with my husbands lemonade. This was a birthday dinner for him and I felt like the service lacked for what I was expecting. Very long periods between being waited on, self serve buffet not really up to par? (Things not replaced in a timely manner, or looking weird) The main food was great! I wish they would have told us the table bread had cheese in it. But my husband enjoyed all his cuts of meat, except the lamb. Waited a long time for it and when we finally got it the seasoning made the meat taste weird. I like to save this place for special occasions but may need to find a replacement with this kind of experience.

    First of all, let me say our server Claudia Cruz was AWESOME! It was my best friend first time at Fogo and he cannot stop raving about it. I did not know you could request meats. My best friend loved the filet and asked for more. Claudia went to the back and the server that’s slices the meat was at our table . I was impressed. Claudia went above and beyond our expectations . She’s a beautiful person, kind, and sweet. The staff was attentive, even servers from other sections waited on us. I was pleased with the whole experience. We will be back, Claudia keep up the good work. You’re going to go far in this industry. It’s nice to know that there are still good people in this world and Claudia, you’re one of them. Thanks a lot.

    Rushed service. Felt like rushed to eat quickly and move on. Meat flavor was not as expected. Some meat cuts were not tasty just plain meat. Only when i asked the server to bring better cuts then they brought picaña that was more flavorful but overcooked. Noise level is an issue and it’s imposible to have a quiet, relaxing meal

    Generally fans of Fogo but this was not the best night. Gauchos kept passing our table without stopping. Meat was not very well seasoned and overly fatty compared to typical. Place was packed and they were a little understaffed. Not a terrible experience but not what we have come to expect either.

    We were sitting by the entrance to the kitchen where they bring out the meat. The servers never looked our way to see if our card was flipped for service. They kept passing by our table. I had to ask our waitress to remind them come to our table. Just a recommendation, if you sit a couple by the entrance to kitchen, the servers need to look there first before going to other tables. Its like there were on a mission to serve other tables and never looked to see, we were not served. The other recommendation would be just don’t sit anyone at that table or don’t put a table by the kitchen entrance.

    I brought my friend for his birthday and he was extremely pleased and enjoyed the Churrassco Experience so much he said he wants to come back. I will call this a very successful birthday celebration!

    Excellent service. Mashed potatoes are really good. Lamb and rib eye steak were the best. Chicken wrapped in bacon and some of the other cuts of beef were a little overdone. Will try it again.

    Went for our anniversary, it was very packed which is understandable for it being a Saturday night and the weekend after Valentine’s Day. The food kept coming and coming but some was rare and we don’t eat our meat like that. Took awhile to get water (asked a few times) I think they should bring that to the table first when greeting. Very close to a parking garage so that was a plus. Overall was a good experience but make sure to check your bill before paying. We almost got charged for a $25 shrimp cocktail that we didn’t even get. But our waitress took cared of it without any problems

    While they were very busy and accommodating of that; the meat servers seemed overwhelmed and often overlooked areas of the restaurant. Also the requests for well done meat were ignored for the most part.

    WOW!!! So much meat!!! LOL ANd everything was cooked to perfection. An amazing night at the Baltimore Harbor. It was totally packed, and I am glad I made a reservation. It was crazy. But you would never know by how consistent the servers were. From drinks to massive amounts of meat continuously brought to you. I will surely return! If you haven't been, GO!

    Normally this is a really great place to eat. However, lately the service has not been up to par. My husband found ourselves waiting longer than usual for the food and sides to come around. Considering how pricey this place is we expected better.

    I have always enjoyed eating here. But. The last 2 visits have not been good. The salad bar is nice. But the meat service seems to have been downgraded. Mostly offered Parmesan Pork , chicken thighs or legs. Sirloin. And lamb. Asked for bacon wrapped steak and filet. The server said she would have it sent over to our table. Waited for about 25 minutes. It’s never came. Got charged for the whole meat service for one of my table mates when they only got the salad bar. Server seemed irritated to have to adjust the bill. The last time was basically the same story. Wanted to give it another try. But it’s just not worth the money.
