You won't want to miss out on the pollo villagio make with fresh sauteed chicken, roasted peppers, onions and fennel pork sausage tossed in tomato sauce and served over pasta. The full Floga Bistro menu includes antipasti, zuppa, pasta, hearth baked and gourmet pizzas, specialty sandwiches, panini's and burgers. A bambinos menu is available for the youngest guests.
I have had several meals at Floga Bistro. I like the food, service and ambiance. You can get a large dinner or sandwich or pizza. The prices are reasonable. The portions are large so you can take some home. I recommend Floga Bistro for a nice dinner out.
Like many folks at this time of year, we came to Floga after experiencing the Longwood Gardens Christmas. Floga is conveniently located to Longwood and appears very popular. We guessed wrong about how long we’d be at Longwood and arrived 45 minutes before our reservation. Despite being quite full at that point we were seated within 15 minutes.
The menu was extensive and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the salads we all ordered. Everybody in our party ordered a pasta dish and agreed that the homemade pasta was delicious. The servings were quite generous so no one had room for desert.
Our server was very attentive and met all of our needs.
The prices were very reasonable. We took advantage of the fact that Floga is a BYOB and that helped keep the cost down.
Food was excellent and our server was very attentive.
Meal was delicious. Service was superb. Great quality and price .
We were going to Longwood gardens with the family. I found this place on line. We found it to be outstanding. Service was fast and good was hot and outstanding. I would highly recommend it and would return when we get back that way.
Amazing pre Longwood Gardens dinner with family. Great service and really delicious food! Yum. Will be our choice again next Christmas Eve! Free dessert with our tickets.
Food was very good. Eggplant parm had a little too much sauce for my liking, but it was excellent. Portions were generous. There seemed to be a problem in the kitchen and we waited quite awhile (40 mins. maybe) for our entrees. However our waiter was very attentive and visited our table several times asking if we wanted more bread, but he didn't mention the delay until the food was served.
We were seated in the back booth area which we very much prefer. The front area by the door is very busy as there is not area separating diners from the people coming in and waiting for tables. Also, there was an unpleasant odor upon entering. Seemed to only be by the front door area. Otherwise we had an enjoyable visit and meal and love that it is a BYOB.
Wonderful family BYO
Food was mediocre at best! Bathroom was disgusting. Service was poor and somewhat unprofessional.
The food and service were exceptional. Our server accommodated our request of running away with our money so that the parents wouldn't be buying dinner. Everette
In the area for Christmas at Longwood Gardens.
Location was convenient.
Experience was First Rate!
Had high expectations due to other reviews. Disappointed. Food lacked flavor. Both chicken and eggplant Parma were bland. Chicken piccata was just okay. Pizza was ver good.
Convenient and accessible after a frosty night at Longwood. Our appetizer and main course arrived within a few moments of each other and the hot foods were barely warm. My friend's hot tea was lukewarm and sent back. Despite those issues, our waitress was pleasant and attentive and the food was decent--not the best but far from the worst.
Service was great!!! Food delicious. Portions large - definitely share.
Took my mother there for her Birthday; along with a stop at Longwood Gardens. I really didn't like the look of the place outside; it is located in a strip mall. Boy do not judge the book buy it's cover. We were welcomed into a warm nice looking place and was seated right away. Remember I had a reservation and it was 230pm. We both had an appetizer and main meal long with a drink each. Mom had the Zucchini Parm and she said it was pretty good; that means it was better the "pretty good". I had pasta with chicken, roasted peppers, onions and fennel sausage with red wine sauce. I was absolutely fantastic! The flavor of the roasted peppers went through the sauce. I cannot talk highly enough of the food. I recommend this place for any occasion. Just watch the red pepper flake in the oil for the bread. My mother was not ready for it and choked saying it was "to hot".
Good neighborhood restaurant. Food and service are good. Love that it is BYOB..
Great pizzas. Excellent service.
Fantastic meal with 9 people including adults and child. Definitely would go back. Everyone enjoyed their entrée.
Looking for a place close by to Longwood Gardens. Just a few minutes away. What a pleasant surprise! The food was outstanding. Will defini6come back! FYI.. it is BYOB.
Service was great, our table was ready, and everyone loved there breakfast. Great place to meet up with friends.
Great go to spot for relaxed meal great value too try the short ribs friendly service
We always enjoy going to Floga. Nice staff and owners. Great food breakfast, lunch or dinner
We were at Longwood Gardens and looked for a nearby restaurant. It was a great meal and definitely will go again when we are in the area. Liv our waitress was great.
Excellent food. Been there many times. Very consistent.
We have been to the Floga bistro several times and have always enjoy our food. It is excellent! Our server was attentive.
Food was good. Restaurant was not busy but there seemed to be a lot of noise coming from kitchen/employee area. Service was OK, although the waiter forgot to put in our appetizer order and didn't seem overly concerned about it when we told him.
Good food with some authentic Italian items. My brother had the broccoli rabe and enjoyed it very much
The food selection was extensive-from appetizers to dessert. Our server was very helpful with recommendations & explanations. We had a hard time deciding on what to order so with the recommendation of our server we ordered 2 salads & 2 paninis & 2 piadinas & shared everything. We loved everything!
The lobster ravioli and short ribs are great
This was our first time eating breakfast at Floga Bistro. Our waitress, Joanna, was friendly and very sweet! For drinks, Mom had coffee, which she liked. I had water, and Dad had orange juice, which he enjoyed. Dad and Mom both ordered the Floga Special, which they enjoyed. Both of their Specials came with crisp bacon. Dad had his with scrambled eggs and French toast, and Mom had hers with her eggs over easy and pancakes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict , which was yummy! It was two poached eggs with Canadian bacon on a toasted English muffin topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with home fries. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere and not too crowded. We are looking forward to trying more yummy food again soon. Thanks, Floga Bistro!
Server was cheerfull and pleasant but not overly attentive. Food was very good and was pleased they allow vegetables to be substituted for pasta. Server did seem to get lost when we needed to get the check since we had a reservation to get to. Overall a good experience.
There were 8 of us and food and service was outstanding. Separate checks for each couple without complaint. We’ll be back!
I've been to Floga several times in the past and was satisfied.
However, this time, the food just wasn't up to par.
Overall I like the restaurant. This time I ordered a seafood pasta dish whci I found disappointing. It was mostly pasta, and very bland in taste. Origianlly I was going to order a salad or pizza, but decided to go with the waitress suggstion. The appetizer (Calamari) was delicios as was the desert (lemoncello pie). I would go back but would not order that dish.
We love Floga. The service is always outstanding. They have added a few new things to the menu, which were very good. As always it was an enjoyable experience.
Excellent service and excellent food. The chef accommodated changes to the recipe, which allowed us to have a seafood dish with red sauce.
The food is very fresh, well cooked, and beautifully presented. The tortellini was so delicious, rich, with fresh tasty broccoli and mushrooms. The salad is fresh and full of bright veggies and lettuce. The dressing is very tasty. The bread and olive oil are full of rich flavor.
Excellent service and excellent food. We ate here on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night.
Excellent service and excellent food. So good in fact we ate there Thursday and will be eating there again on Friday.
Know that this is a BYOB location. The food was fine but nothing unique. It was convenient to our hotel and acceptable all round.
