Flair exceeded our expectations. The food was great (ribeye, short ribs, ceasar salid, creamed spinach, potato puree, bruschetta, and apples and Gelato). The dining atmosphere was beautiful yet not stuffy. We would definitely go back.

We love coming to this restaurant. They really know how to make steak right. Nice atmosphere, good background music. I love the live music nights as well. Easy parking makes it all very convenient.

Excellence all around! From cocktails to dessert, the food was delicious, the timing perfect, and the service impeccable. The frog legs were tender & flavorful, the kampachi fresh & bright, the kale salad perfectly chopped & seasoned, and the rib eye cooked just right. And the foie gras!! Melts in your mouth! There was a good variety of desserts to choose from and the ube cheesecake, along with the coffee, were fantastic. I only wish they had a larger offering of wine-by-the-glass, but that won't keep me from dining there again.

The prime rib special was old, overcooked and tough. The fries was cold and it's ridiculously expensive for a soda out of a freakin can. The only thing that may bring us back to this restaurant is the awesome service waiters. We've been here at least 5 times because we live within walking distance but the food is getting worse each time.

HI, My wife and I had dinner this past Tuesday eveing with you, we arrived to an empty resturant we were the only ones seated having dinner. Marcos greeted us and he was very nice. The young lady that took care of us was quite nice as well, the problem started when we were told that a good portion of menu was not available such as oysters on the half shell, some meat etc. We orderded the fries, asparagus, escargot, lamb ribs and pork steak for my wife I think. Anyway it took awhile for our food to come out the lamb was undercooked and most of the meal was only warm not hot. We took home a doggie bag and pan fried the lamb the next day for dinner. It did not make sense that it took that long for the food when we were the only customer seated. We will come again but on a night with music.

This is a beautiful restaurant, and the food is truly exceptional. We live nearby and really want this restaurant to succeed. The staff is nicely presented, everyone we have encountered has been very pleasant, and the quality coming out of the kitchen is impressive. The meats have been cooked to the perfect temperature, and the lamb and Brussels sprouts are honestly some of the best we’ve had. The disconnect, unfortunately, is the service. On our most recent visit, there were four of us dining. Two steaks were delivered to the table with no cutlery. About five minutes later, a third entrée arrived, and we again asked for cutlery. From the time the first steak was delivered until the fourth entrée arrived, approximately 20 minutes had passed. At that point, everyone is either waiting while their food gets cold or beginning their meal while another guest is still waiting. We were told there was a backup in the kitchen, and the restaurant was also out of more than 10 items that evening. I completely understand that they were running a 50% promotion that week and likely experienced much higher volume than expected. However, especially when a promotion is being used to bring new guests into the restaurant, that is the time to make a great impression. The team appeared understaffed and, while very kind, somewhat inexperienced. What was really missing was communication and leadership on the floor. Someone should have come to the table, acknowledged what was happening, explained the delay, and helped manage the experience rather than leaving the guests wondering what was going on. That is what makes this such a difficult review. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is absolutely worth returning for. There is tremendous potential here. But the staffing, training, communication, and overall flow of service need to catch up to the quality of the kitchen. If they can get those pieces aligned, this could be an outstanding restaurant.

I recently visited Flair during their 50%-off week, and while the food itself was excellent, the overall experience was affected by slow service and significant delays from the kitchen. Both the dishes and drinks took noticeably long to arrive, and several menu items were sold out—including the porter steak and asparagus, which I had specifically hoped to order. Because of the limited availability, I ordered the filet, the NY strip, potato purée, and broccolini. However, the timing of the dishes was quite unusual: the filet arrived first, and the rest of the food came only after I had nearly finished it. For a steakhouse, I would expect all dishes to be served at the same time. Additionally, a 20% service charge and a kitchen surcharge were automatically added to the bill. Considering the delays and the number of unavailable menu items, I would have been quite frustrated if it hadn’t been during the 50%-off promotion. Under normal pricing, I’m not sure I would return.
