   Steak was very tough. Partly my fault for ordering a flat iron steak knowing it's not the best cut of beef. Pork belly taco appetizer and smoked s'mores dessert were good.

   The market salad and the s’more dessert were very good and nicely presented. My problem was the steak. It lacked seasoning and was very tough even though I asked for it medium. A little butter or slicing it thinner would have been good. The service was great!

   Restaurant Week menu was very tasty. I had the flat iron steak and started with the salad. The smoked s’more brownie was good, but a little too sweet for my taste.

   We had tried Lunar New Year menu. Although I like to try the whole red snapper, but my husband wasn't a seafood person. Since I am a Taiwanese, I checked the other two table who ordered the fish. They did authentic Chinese way. Thumbs up!! The food is great ( the fried rice wasn't too oily, the wings are crispy outside and tender inside. The steak and frites was the best in Denver that I ever tried), the service is awesome. We will definitely revisit again.

   The lunar new year special event menu was fantastic. We ordered multiple dishes. They are served family style and it was a lot of food, but we wanted to try a variety. Everything was amazing. The presentation, preparation, and flavors were terrific and well worth the visit!

    Went for the pop up Christmas bar. The hot chocolate station was awesome! Great holiday drinks on the menu. Wish the food options were a little better but the food was still good.

    THe atmosphere was great - window seated table, and early so not much of a crownd. Allowed us to be able to visit with friends and enjoy the scenary. SLiders and artichoke dip were great. Drinks - everyone enjoyed thiers. Jesus - waiter was attentive and not intrusive. KEvin made some really good drinks. Overall a great experience.

    Wonderful place to go for the holiday pop up bar during Christmas time. I also love this hotel in general due to it being off the road making it more quaint & quiet. Once you arrive inside it feels warm & welcoming & the rooms always make you feel like you are home 🤍.

    Holiday theme bar, was festive, just not as festive as we thought it would be. Average age of patrons was 60+, so it was pretty quiet. Service was a struggle and insanely overpriced for everything. Would personally recommend other holiday activities.

    It was a wonderful evening but they turned the Christmas music off so the live music could start and we couldn’t hear him at all plus it wasn’t Christmas music. Would of made more sense to keep the Christmas music going! Also, the drinks and food were Outrageously expensive! It was a wonderful evening but I think you make it more affordable for people! 16 dollars for a glass of Prosecco is ridiculous!

    For having reservations for three weeks for the Christmas pop up bar we were sat in the back corner where there were hardly any decor. Everything was extremely expensive (2 drinks and charcuterie $65) , which I expected, but it just felt like I was going to dinner at a hotel bar. I expected an experience as that was what was advertised. Definitely would go elsewhere if you’re looking for a true holiday pop up bar experience.

    Came for the Xmas bar and it was absolutely horrible. For one there is no parking, so your only option is Valet which costs $12. Why half the parking lot was blocked off during a busy weekend is beyond me. The drinks are overpriced and we waited almost 30-40 min for our drinks. Not to mention the drinks were messed up numerous times. I’ve been to this hotel numerous times for brunch which is great but the holiday bar needs to go. Not worth your time or money!!

    Overall it wasn’t what we expected. The cocktails and hot cocoa bar looked nothing like the cute pics online, just in plain glasses and mugs. The food was delicious! Watch your bill because we almost got charged for two rounds of hot cocoa which we didn’t have. Still a fun experience.

    Disappointed in this wildly hyped, “sold out” event. We walked in well before our reservation to a mostly empty venue. Music playing was not holiday. Pictures and actual event seemed different. Decorations were, at best, another holiday decorated restaurant. The hot cocoa bar was lovely…extravagant and inventive…a meal in itself. Food was over-priced with little variety. Drinks were inventive but pricey. Espresso martini was barely palatable. French onion short rib soup was delicious. Sliders were meh. Fries were hot and crispy…delicious! Service was wonderful in this, again, mostly empty space. Glad we “got in” as we would have thought we had missed a magical evening. Experience proved to be a disappointment. Could have done happy hour somewhere else as an elevated experience. Nice try, but just didn’t meet the hype.

    Delightful holiday pop up bar with delicious food, excellent service and a gorgeous setting! Loved all the touches with the lights, menu and fantastic hot cocoa bar. Our wait staff are our favorites and always go out of their way to give us wonderful evenings out. Love the Fireside Grill and everyone there! Warmest thanks and happy holidays!

    The blazing bright holiday pop up bar was not what I was expecting. I was hoping for a more upbeat, trendier atmosphere without having to go downtown. The decor was drab. Drinks were good- bad Santa spritzer and angry elf martini. Food was meh- charcuterie meat tasted spoiled but the spinach artichoke was tasty.

    Lots of issues with our drinks, they were made lazy and gross. To have that be the center of the theme and expensive and not executed well, it was a huge letdown. They also took forever to come out. Our server was somewhar friendly but when it came to paying our tab, she didn't want to split our tab so when we tried to split it ourselves using one check and trying our best to make it simple that was also not good enough. The manager fixed our issues no problem but it should have never been that many issues to begin with. Food was the only standout.

    We went for the Christmas pop up bar. There was a limited Menu due to a Christmas party and the place was not a Christmas pop up bar. It’s a hotel bar. Do not waist your time.

    I understand that this is a pop up menu but gosh I wished the food menu had more variety. 3/4 of the entrees were beef products. The last one was a ceased salad which you could add steak to. There weren’t any chicken options so those who don’t eat beef can just eat an appetizer or salad which isn’t really that great. How ever the drinks and service were phenomenal. There were no short options there. The shots came in a cute sleigh and the drinks were festive. They had a hot cocoa bar which was totally decked out. Anything you could imagine. I would say go for the drink experience and if you’re gonna get food I’d recommend the spinach artichoke dip.

    The food was excellent and the holiday drink specials were delicious! My only issue was that we had a reservation and they sat us at the bar even though there were open tables and couches. It made the service very slow as the bartenders were focused on taking care of the orders coming in from the wait staff

    So we weren’t sure that we were at the correct place. We had made our reservation on Open Table and didn’t realize that it was inside a hotel. There is no signage for the restaurant outside, so just be aware. Once inside, we fell in love. They had decked the area out for the holidays. It was beautiful and welcoming. They had a hot chocolate bar, which was fun. I recommend ordering some Irish Creme to add. The waitstaff was friendly, although once we were served, we had to hunt our waitress down to get the bill. The food was delicious and the ambience was so relaxing. We will be back.
